"I absolutely love living here! My unit was renovated and maintenance is very quick. I’ve never waited longer than 48 hours for resolution! Theres a dog park, concierge trash pick up, a gym, and a huge pool. All of the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure we the residents are happy. There is a real sense of community and although this is technically Baltimore City, it feels like the suburbs. Thank you guys!"

"We have lived here for a couple of years now and have had a positive experience! We even transferred units to be in a smaller floor plan, and the transition process was done with ease. Overall, the staff is friendly and maintenance is extremely quick to respond!"

"I am growing very frustrated at how this apartment community is swiftly going downhill. I do not feel like a valued resident by any means! There has been ongoing repair request made that are still not fixed properly. Neighbors constantly use the hallway for storage, there are large packages that are delivered that linger for months blocking the hallway, some of my neighbors are loud and allow their kids to run play and drop food in the hallway with no respect for others. I currently have mice and garden snakes creeping into my apartment. I could go on and on with the outstanding list of things they need to tighten up on. This is a nice area and it could be a much better apartment living experience. I could have written this review long ago but enough is enough! I do not like the way I have been treated and talked to when it comes to my concerns most recently and I will not be disrespected in my own home! Some of the staff here is great and some need to do a lot better!"
