"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I been here for 2 years and looking to leave ASAP! You call them to fix things maintenance never shows . I called about a mice problem and nobody showed up. People get shot and die right across the street at the store. The neighborhood is horrible. The building door is NEVER Fixed leaving guys in the hallways all times of the day and night smoking weed and playing music. This apartment complex is a joke and if I could give them 0 stars I would. Very disappointing and disgusting nothing ever get fixed around here!"

"I'm a $17 an hour no debts good credit and all I want with a two bedroom apartment for me and my elderly mother. The apartment in question was $963 my take home pay 1,230. I was told I don't need to requirement for the apartment but I had to call them they didn't call me to let me know this. Nor did they give me a good reason why I don't meet the requirement. They wanted me to downsize to a one bedroom knowing that I have my mother with me. I was told that I might have to pay a security deposit or even a double security deposit and I was fine with that but no one called me to let me know anything until. And now I have no place to go with my mother. I believe they put somebody else in this apartment and they're trying to put the illness on us now. I think this is a discriminatory act and I will see if I can put it on the news to see if I can have them Investigated for this."

"I have been living here for a little over 2 years now. Will not be renewing my lease when it's over. It's a decent place and reasonably priced. Did not have any bug or roach issues, but I did have mice issues. At one point I could sometimes hear them run in the walls. I've caught I'm sure over 20+ mice in my 2 1/2 years of living here. Maintenance is pretty horrible too. You have to constantly call them because the leasing agents doesn't always write your requests down. What I would suggest if you're thinking about leasing here is to get a cat, and choose a top floor unit if it's available. The walls are thin and if you end up having a heavy foot person living over you, you will lose sleep and be very annoyed."

"Honestly if i could give this place no stars I would!! Since the day I have moved in there has been one thing after another. First my townhome wasn’t ready the date they said I could move in. My ceiling leaked they tried to blame me then it did it again after they so called “fixed it” and it took forever for them to fix!! My front door will open even if it is locked that’s a safety hazard. I paid extra for central air they didn’t have it installed to a month half later after i moved in and it was summer hot as hell. After a year of living here I didn’t have no pest problems but lately since the neighbors moved now all I see is roaches and mice. I have called them to bomb and still the problem continues. Any time you need something fixed they either don’t come or take weeks sometimes months to fix unless you threaten them with putting your rent in escrow. My fridge leaks out water they have changed it yet it is doing it again with the new fridge instead just buying new ones they give you used old broken fridges!! Maintenance is lazy they hang out in the back in the shed literally doing nothing but smoking and fooling around. They DO NOT know what they are doing!! Everything in the house is cheaply put together!! The neighborhood is bad some kids egged everybodies car out front. I’ve gotten my car broken into my neighbor has gotten robbed. Detectives knocked on my door about a crime that happened in the neighborhood. To sum it all up Save your money DO NOT move here!! It is not worth all the money you spend!! The Health department needs to really do an investigation on this place!"

"I have had so many problems with this place. First off this security door is always broke and it takes maintenance weeks to fix it. That conflicts with my safety and security living in this building. Also the hallways are always dirty. I spoke with the rental office and they stated the individual assigned to my building is on vacation and that's why the building isn't being cleaned. That is beyond irresponsible and neglectful. They complain about us having pets especially cats but keep in mind I wouldn't have a cat if there wasn't rodents running around the building! This is the third time I had to call someone to fix this problem. For some reason maintenance thought sealing holes off with duct tape was appropriate but they have another thing coming. This is by far the worst experience I have had with rental properties and trust me if I could give them negative five stars I would!!"
