"I stayed at Hamilton springs from 2019-2023. The leasing team, maintenance, and neighbors are all so friendly - it’s community oriented and safe so it’s something I will miss. Lovely neighbors would notice when I traveled and would help me store my packages or simply check in to see if I was okay. I switched units in 2021 and considered switching to something bigger this year but I didn’t want to risk running into the same problems. The neighborhood is well kept and the units that I stayed in were clean and updated upon move in. I never had any problems with rodents or pests. Besides wanting a bigger apartment, noise was my biggest problem both times. I heard the people above me, below me, and diagonal from me. From snoring (every night), footsteps, arguing, conversations, tv’s, intimacy, kids playing at all hours of the night, music, etc. The leasing team was always understanding and responsive but nothing changed. understandably, some of this noise is to be expected but the lack of consideration was a huge problem. If you’re noise sensitive, this is not the place for you - unless you get lucky with great neighbors. The walls are paper thin and the wood floors creaked; it felt like I had roommates instead of neighbors. I felt like everyone lacked privacy because of the thin walls. In addition, a few weeks after I moved in, I noticed I had to dust my apartment frequently which was odd. Dust seemed to build up daily and I could never get it clean enough. I later realized that the vents needed to be cleaned. I didn’t have this issue in my first unit. They don’t offer many amenities besides a pool and during the summer it’s not open consistently. I went once and it wasn’t clean..there was also a frog in it so that turned me off from going again. Overall, very OK place to stay! You get what you pay for."

Jamal goes above and beyond with showing that he genuinely cares about your concerns with not just talk with taking action. Vernon handles all maintenance requests in a timely manner and Shatia with definitely answer questions and follow up. Love it here!"

"I have resided at Hamilton Springs Apartments for 14 years and counting. Living here is heaven on earth and I cannot picture myself living anywhere else. The apartments are huge. The grounds are always well kept. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. More than enough parking with well lit areas throughout the entire complex. The convenience of having a laundry room in the building as well as a washer/dryer combination in your apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Friendly people. If you're a nature lover, the wildlife here is awesome. On any given day or night you can see birds, squirrels, raccoons, rabbits, deer and foxes. A huge outdoor area for picnics and parties and an outdoor swimming pool for the summer months. If you've ever wondered what heaven is like, I strongly suggest living at Hamilton Springs Apartments. You owe it to yourself."
