"I tried using the application for perspective rental. Could not create an account or login. I made a password and my email is supposed to be wrong. That's the one I always use. I even called but it refers you to their website but it's not working for me. What gives."

"If you can deal with the mice, it's a decent place to live. Just remember, you get what you pay for. The units are old and really could stand to be completely rehabed, but there is a little bit of charm to it. The kitchen is a closet, but there's a washer/dryer in the unit. The neighborhood goes through its ups and downs and as of right now, it's actually up. So, again, the big issue is the mice. Living clean keeps their presence to a minimum, but I've killed six in the past year."

"The worse apartment I've ever lived in. Very disrespectful mice. The mice infested ever part of the apartment with feces even in my dresser draws and use glue traps and devises as a playground. Heavy drug use and activities outside and inside buildings. Similar to housung projects at times which they probably inherited with section 8. Bebe kids are alive and well at Asburton Woods. All appliance are from the 80's even if new. Free rent is not free considering you'll have to replace items from leaking roofs and mice damages."

"This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Don't ever move here mice infested is a understatement and management does nothing about it! I had a newborn baby and had to leave my apartment at 3 am because 7-8 mice literally ran through my apartment during and heavy thunderstorm! I called the leasing office in a panic the next day and the property manager nonchalantly said "oh we have exterminators coming out every Thursday" and all he did was lay sticky pads! It doesn't matter how clean you keep your house, how much open space you have in there for less hiding spots, how many wholes you fill they will still take over!! It's disgusting!"

"The apartments themselves, very nice - washer/dryer in unit, nice closet space. The leasing office, no problem, very helpful. However, the rental property management is very nonchalant to the needs of this property. The main doors have broken locks and as I was told, shall remain that way. The cameras they promise are located all around the property, well actually, only catch poor resolution main-door activity at times. Mice problems, limited maintenance. These are all complaints heard not only from the residents but also the staff. It's a shame the rental property owners care less about their residents safety and more about their rent payments!"
