"Ms. Lydia the new property manager get great reviews from the residents. When I go in the reading room I always notice the new scent which stays with me and is calming. Will the maintenance man is always there to complete the job with a greeting and a smile with departure. Our good friend Alma the housekeeper is the most sweetest person. The hallways and trash rooms always smell great."

"Without a doubt the worst services, maintenance and customer responsiveness. I personally pay a horrific cost per month, in excess of 2.5k, plus water and parking. Minimal athletic amenities, no treadmill, one static bicycle, zero weights. The heating and cooling system is awful, hit or miss at best. The building has horrendous sewer bugs and flies. If you complain you can expect to not have your lease renewed which turned out to be a plus for me and my family. Intrusive and loud traffic with dangerous traffic patterns. There are lots of youngsters from the local high school who consume and lounge around the Dunkin’ Donuts. Great kids but noise is out of control… but they are kids. Police patrol regularly but there has been increased property and physical crime against persons. This is a strip mall masquerading as an apartment community. One maintenance person, inexperienced and lethargic for the entire building, apartments and businesses on ground level. Ownership and manage will tell you they only demand market prices but do not provide market services or amenities. I look forward to saying I used to live there, but ZEN it is not. There is so much more negative experiences, of you are not convinced, give it a month. A word to the wise is often “not sufficient”. Good luck though, it is not that important in the scope of things."
