"The Newly renovated apartments is designed nice. Priced well, good location. But During the cold winter seasons your apartment will feel like outside freezing cold. Me and my neighbor stay cold. The Property never considered getting better window installed as the windows isn't good or strong for all year around conditions. It's a Super Chill breeze bundle up inside"

"Do not live here. Other than it’s excellent location everything else is just a no. It’s priced well but don’t let that tempt you. There are mice, lots of them, yes they “treat” them but they always return. Oh and well maintenance is slow to respond to any issue at least a three day minimum before your issue is addressed. And the best was how they dealt with the residents this past weekend when there was a gas leak or chemical spill in the basement area of the apartments. It took them 12 hours to finally decide to put residents in hotels and then the following day check out was at 11 residents were told to check out with no where to go. The issue still hasn’t been resolved and the management seems to be unconcerned with their displaced residents whom still have no electricity and have been without shelter now for over 24 hours with little to no communication."

"Great area for shopping and schools but thats it, No customer support for complaints and no office on site no security monitoring and home owners throwing their trash and filling trash dumpsters everyday night you can hear it and see them. Do not move on first floor anywhere on this property they do nothing to help you about noise level on 2 nd floor. Worst experience ever. And of course resident manager do not except calls. They have voicemail and answering service. No rent drop . And constant reminders about paying your rent and not fixing nothing. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST."

"Mice. Mice. Mice! No rental office on site and maintenance is late to respond to requests. Also, they do not care about the mice running around the complex. No matter how clean you keep your living space, you will live with mice. Avoid at all costs!"
