Budget Plaza Motel 4900 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore, MD 21225

"Stayed here many of times, seems as though it may have changed ownership or at least new management. It has gone from being ok, to ill drive on down the road and find something else. Last Stay, Air conditioner just blew out room temp air. There was no Remote for the TV, Room smelled like Weed. No soap or Shampoo in the bathroom, Bed linens were full of cigarette burns. I seen Roaches and possibly bed bugs, Woke up with welts all over me. Won't Stay there gain. Honestly It isn't worth what they are asking."

"I'm homeless with my 2 autistic grandsons Upon arrival bed was dirty with hair and dirty dead roaches in corner in kitchen refridge was dirty it was disgusting 570.00 fir the week staff is rude don't know how to talk to people nor treat them manager in office say I get mad if I don't get what I want .only thing I've asked for from them is things to clean my room and yes for what I'm paying if I get actitudes and ruines well yes I just might be annoyed. I have no choice at this point agencies come to pay for my room very rude to them. I endure this because I have no choice BUT GOD☝not even 1 star for this one!"

"I have been staying at this hotel for years and I'm guessing there's new owners but the older man is very rude when he has checked my room to give me back my deposit!! He tried to say i was smoking and i did not I'm assuming he thought i was by myself once he seen my husband he returned my 20 dollar deposit. And a few other women have told me the same thing"

"There was a bit of smoke before the person whom I came with started doing so, but aside from that the bed was good, shower worked well, and internet was good for streaming. I quite enjoyed using it and it is a good price! I quite enjoy it for meeting someone since it isn't pricy."

"This is the worst stay I have ever encounteres in my life. First off they charged a paying customer to utilize a phone since there is no phone in the room. The tv doesnt work, when asking for assistance for the tv they fix it and tell you to keep it on one channel. They would bot let me use a broom to clean the filthy room and responded with go buy one yourself. There are ciggarette burns in the matresses, curtains, blankets pillows, needless to say the room smells like ciggarettes. The staff is extremly rude for no reason at all. Its in a high drug infested area. You have to ask for towels when you are staying overnight. Basically this place is way over priced and very unreasonable. Ill never stay here or anywhere in the area again."
