"This was me and my husbands home for almost 2 months, while he finished his contract in Baltimore. And I just have to say they were always courteous . Made me feel comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was always helpful. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel ."

The availability of 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea added to the hotel positive touch. "Great hotel (actually an extended stay property). Good value and convenient for an Inner Harbor stay. My wife and I spent 2 nights here while meeting out of town friends. Immaculate rooms, modern, plenty of space, comfy (firm) beds and good pillow choices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. While there’s no breakfast, they have 24x7 good coffee and a basic but adequate pantry shop. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"Parking is rough if you get a room here. Quality room and bed. Parking overnight is at least 20 bucks plus. Bed more on the softer side. Spacious and clean. Small kitchen but decent size frig. Cookware fair. Coffee is atrocious. Make sure you make the room coffee. Do not get the free coffee downstairs. Minimal staff. One always sitting near the desk normally doing nothing. Could be friendlier."

"Room was large but a bit run down and absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Blinds did not work so we were moved to a smaller room, which also stunk and had a water leak. Moved a further time, but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Laundry facilities on site, which was useful, but only one of the driers worked. The hotel is in a bit of a seedy neighborhood and we did not feel at ease walking around it"
