"Service was great at first. Had to replace a phone got it back in a few days.. then they just let you leave without setting up your phone and you have to jump through hoops to set up your new phone. None of this was communicated we were told on the first day that they would help us and make sure everything was good before we left. Get home to set up new phone and can’t because we don’t have the old phone or the box it came in. So we can’t get the verification code that was sent to the phone. Tech support was absolutely no help. Couldn’t reach the actual person we dealt with. So 2 hrs later after talking with carrier and the Apple Store we finally were able to set up my daughters new phone. Just be aware that you need to stay at the store to set up phone don’t leave until they do!"

"I love Best Buy. They have a service to mount your television! When you buy a 75 inch TV, it's not worth fighting with your spouse on where on the wall to put it, who lifts which side, running to HD for a level, stud finder, and new drill... I purchased the same TV as at Costco, for the same price, but paid 200 for deliver and install and mounting because they would actually set it up on the wall--,a service Costco didn't offer. The two guys came, worked with me on the best wall placement and had actually great, professional suggestions, then installed the mount, got the TV up, ran thru the menu and connected to our wifi and Google and that was it! Perfect! No fuss! Love Best Buy."

"I like the store good clean layout.... but good luck getting someone to assist you.... I have literally had to chase down the people just to be told oh sorry I am already helping someone. Or when I do get someone they rush through the transaction and provide no warranty info. It's like you are intruding on there time to chat with the friends. The geek squad is love those people they are always helpful and focused on answering all of your questions."
