"This store offers no fitting room to try on a $100 pair of pants. Apparently this change in policy was adopted during the pandemic, but now that the pandemic is over, they have decided it’s more important to use the fitting rooms as additional room to store product. No apologies offered when I inquired. Sales person did not care and got offended when I told him this was unacceptable and Champs may go out of business. The whole point of going to a store in person is to make sure the product meets your expectations I won’t be back."
