"Went there today to get fitted for a suit and I was helped by Robin. She was amazing! She was very nice and helped me find the perfect suit I needed. This was a great experience for me and it was my first time ever getting a suit. Thank you for the amazing help Robin!"
"Connor helped us out and was very professional and always assisted us! He told us about a 40% off deal going on and we ended up going with it! Saved us quite a bit of our money. Only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because my fiancé felt like he was almost tricked into buying the white shirt he tried on, which was about $60 extra. He tried it on with the rest of his outfit and it looked really good but he didn’t want to buy that specific one. His intention was to buy a cheaper one on Amazon. Once we got to the the register though, the cashier just went ahead and rang it up. So communication could have been better."

"My fiancé and I went into the Lynnwood location today looking to find a suit and book our bridal party’s preorder. The staff here were so helpful and professional. I want to especially thank Christina B. She was warm, friendly, patient as we changed our mind several times and having not been in this store or made any reservations before, she made it a very pleasant experience. She was genuinely interested in asking about my wedding dress and overall bridal party and made me feel just as welcomed as my fiancé. Some of the stores we have been to haven’t been as nice or helpful sadly. Since COVID, I feel like people don’t have the same “human element” as we used to. Thank you Lynnwood Store and Christina!!"
"Went in for a shirt and pants. Was greeted by Amy( big shoutout) she was helpful and walked us through options. Made sure the fit was perfect ( my wife loved that) treated us like friends not customer! Experience was a full 10/10 Lots of options! We could go to a big box store and save a bit of cash I'm sure of. But I wanted the service and experience. We definitely got that here We will be back!!!!
