Nordstrom Rack

"I visited the store because I had a gift card. Things were well organized. Restroom was clean. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I couldn't find anything that I wanted."

"I do not recommend unless you’re fan of the Rack or you don’t care about how you spend money. A mile long line at checkout - all the time. The Rack should’ve foreseen how traffic at their registers would look these holiday weeks. Importantly, Merchandises on the rack obviously look cheap (poor quality) and many of them look like they’re returned ones and sold at full (regular)prices. Ridiculous 30 day return policy including for online order. Canned responses to customer reviews. Poor management! Hopefully their parent Nordstrom is doing a bit better or they’re going downhill."

"On November 28, I received my on-line order of Ugg Corvin Loafers (Men). My husband wore them for only 6 days, and noticed that the stitching was coming undone and the top of the Loafer was unraveling and coming apart. I took them to the Lynnwood store. Cashier Anzhelika pulled up my transaction, looked at the Loafers and acknowledged the defects, but kindly stated that she would have to call a manager because the item was listed as "Final Sale". The Manager quickly responded and stated "yes -- we will return them because they are defective." Anzhelika quickly completed the return. Both ladies were extremely pleasant, and Anzhelika suggested that I look at the shoe racks at the back of the store to see if there were other pairs available. I was happy to have such positive service and an easy process. Thanks and appreciation to both !"

"Very disappointed in their customer service. Been shopping at the Rack for 20 years and apparently their return policy changed this year. 36 days ago I was shopping for a concert and told the lady as I was checking out that I was bringing things home to see what matched my outfit better and planned on returning. She never mentioned they changed to 30 days. Today I went to return my items, she told me she could only give me store credit, then told me to look at my receipt if I was confused. I asked her to show me in the receipt where it says the return policy and she looked at it to show me, AND COULDN’T read it. I asked for a Manager. He was of course not kind at all, told me “well now you know”, but did refund me the amount “since it’s only been 36 days”. After this experience I won’t go back to the Rack. It’s not worth it. The very least they could do is treat me with human decency. Most stores will tell you what the return policy is and circle it on their receipt. This story almost seems deceitful in their practices. Hard pass."

"I really got some great deals here today from the Plus size racks! The ladies in the fitting room were helpful and friendly. The store was busy but well organized. I ended up buying two dresses, two pair of pants and a hat for $112."
