Revere Village Apartments

"I lived here with my mother , since I was 15. I moved in on my own after she passed in 2022 and at first I truly loved it, our managers were attentive and cared for their tenants. Pest control once a month, inspections every for months for broken appliances, chipped paint and so on. one night management was randomly changed since then all that had changed. no lease has been signed/issued. My rent has gone up 100 dollars although I’m a low income resident, my caseworker was not notified. I’ve tried talking to management on multiple occasions. No luck unfortunately. very hard up when it comes to the topics of the residents complaints. They say we’re under the same property management but it seems everything is changing. You get charged a late fee if you’re even a a couple hours late on your rent payment, when I said this wasn’t in my lease I signed. I was told there’s no changing it and I’ll get a new lease eventually. You get Charged for the extra car parks in the back that no one uses, charged if you pay your rent with a money order. Vending machines are constantly empty, the ice cream machine is never functioning. Rec room is always closed now. And lastly we haven’t had numbers on our apartments since king and Karen left so we’ve all had to do “makeshift” signs. Although I wish to stay here, I’m comfortable here. I’ve lived here so long , my mom passed here, king and Karen really respected that. And we built a bond off how far I’ve come since that. But I’m afraid I might have to search elsewhere, hopefully things look up for the revere village apartments"

"Rent is expensive and apartments are old and not well kept at all like the previous reviews say. Vents/lights don’t work. You put in a work order and they take forever to address it."

"I’ve been living here for 6 months now & it’s genuinely a great place! It’s always so quiet here and the property is always clean! King, Andy, & Karen have been super helpful from moving in to maintenance & everything in between. If you have a chance to get an apartment here I would strongly recommend it!"

"Me and my husband love living at Revere Village. The complex is pretty peaceful, clean and well kept. And we love our little home especially because our neighbors are so nice! But most of all we love and appreciate the staff who makes all of this possible. And shout out to Andy and Karen they are amazing! They are so quick to respond to any need we have. At any time if we call someone always answers it's amazing I feel taken care of!"

"Very clean and quiet apartments to live in . All office staff and management are very friendly specially Karen and Andy they are awesome people and if there is any problem occurred they fix it very quickly even on week ends. we have been in this place Since Two and Half years and we are enjoying a lot living here at REVERE VILLAGE APARTMENT."
