"Stayed here for two nights. Sheets weren’t changed. Mattress is spring worn out which hurt my back. Free breakfast is a joke they basically have protein bars and oatmeal with coffee. Fridge was not working. Staff is courteous"

"I was hoping not to have any type of inconvenience during our stay. There weren't any essential toiletries that usually come with your stay just two soap bars I had to request toilet tissue. Also, some fixtures that weren't attached to the wall showed electrical cords when I kept the pots and pans that you can request. My room keys not even a full day did not work in any of the entrances to the building it was raining during the time I went outside to get something from my vehicle. I'm a person who has nonvisable disabilities that the entrances was inaccessible to enter, with both keys. After walking around almost half of the building in the rain I had mentioned it to the front desk. The coffee maker doesn't work that was provided that I had to go downstairs again only after buying some groceries to not inconvenience my family from knowing it is only provided during the morning but not throughout the day if they needed tea or coffee throughout the day. I'm hoping for an improvement. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt. For the future days of stay at this place or any of its locations."

"So far my stay here has been great. The room was clean and ready early when I arrived here. There are no homeless people hanging out outside. There are no bugs that I've seen. And it's very quiet and peaceful here. I actually feel safe and secure so I can finally rest. This is definitely a good place to take the family and even your pet. The only thing that really bothered me were the guests that brought their dogs and let them poop on the sidewalk and don't even bother to clean it up. Pick up after your pets because it's the right thing to do. They are nice enough here to allow you to bring your dog so show some respect for them and the other guests here."
