"I been living here around 7 years never asked them to fix anything during that time and when I did ask they refused to repair the things I needed repaired And the person they have as their manager is never here but a few hrs a week, so I had to e mail her always , and when she responded She said she would repair things that needed Instead she told the landlords that I was giving her a hard time wish it was completely false And when the landlords came down to see the things needed to be fixed they never even looked at them Instead they asked me personal questions Like what I did for a living and where I was employed which made me feel like I was being discriminated against since I’m Hispanic And till this day repairs have not been made yet and Rent is being paid even as I’m not working Due to this lockdown we have in place"

"I lived here for two years and loved my time here. Pros: beautifully landscaped and always taken care of. Friendly front office staff and wonderful maintenance staff. Maintenance needs were always met in a timely manner. Pool area was always clean and maintained. Cons: Although the complex is gated, our car was broken into twice over the course of the two years we lived there. There were two other times where neighbors cars were broken into that we heard about but ours was not. Occasionally they had hired security, but both times our car was broken into we were told there was no security those nights. I believe they have security now every night but it would be something worth asking as a prospective renter. Would definitely live here again if I were looking to rent in the Chino area!!"
