"My wife and I have lived here for 6 yrs. When bre/essex owned them,it may have been old but they enforced the community guidelines. Parking was not a problem. The front gates and man gates were always in working order. The integrity has gone down here. Even the type of people that have moved here are different. Lots of loud stereos in cars now. Seems like a party place now."
"Pros: Friendly staff, some upgrades, close to many stores and main roads. Cons: The place (generally) not worth the price, problems with heat and A/C for several weeks before it got fixed, some things just don't get l fixed, greedy owners... they raised my lease price $600 when I wanted to extend my lease one more month! Not a good trade!"
"I can honestly say living here is very nice! Its quiet for the most part and my apartment is right by the pool gym and laundry. There are dogs welcome here but you never hear them. The parking is a little of a hassle space is limited but over all its a nice place to live. Very close to the elementary school and grocery stores are all walking distance. Maintenance comes quickly when needed and the people in the office are very kind and helpful."
"Lived here for a year. Air conditioning failed at least 6 times during the summer before management finally replaced unit. Despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition, they still insisted that it needed to be repainted and have all flooring replaced. They WILL keep your security deposit. Get all promises in writing. I wished I had gotten more in writing and documented the pristine condition after move out with photos and video."
"It's got its up and downs although it seems a bit pricey considering its only one bedroom for 1297 a month other than that it's quiet and worth the extra buck rather then having to live somewhere where things are a lot noisier and more crammed than this"
