Best Western Pine Tree Motel

"The rooms here are very clean. We walked into the room and the bed was made and the curtains were closed. The front desk was super friendly and helpful with check-in. They offered free breakfast in the morning which honestly was better than most free hotel breakfast. This place was great and I would definitely stay here again. The room had a little patio which was nice to get out of the room for a bit while you're on vacation without having to leave the hotel. There was a pool but no jacuzzi. It was closed is when I went it was winter time and too cold to swim."

"My husband and I stay here every year when we come in town for a special annual car show in Pomona. It's a great deal for a great space. Clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast! Parking right in front of the rooms. The service is very friendly and there's tons around."

"We had a pretty decent stay. The place is easy to find, there is a good amount of parking near the rooms, and the rooms and facilities were nice and functional. A downside was we found a pubic hair on the nightstand when we checked in. Also, there were hairs on the bed still. I didn’t feel very safe because the place was near the street however it did feel a bit hidden away and inconspicuous. The workers were nice, however there is no microwave in the room! And when I asked if I could use their microwave in the lobby after it was closed, they refused, which I thought was bad service because if you aren’t going to provide a microwave, at least let us use the one in the lobby. Overall, this is a decent and affordable stay however there were some issues."

"terrible experiences having a bad time false accusations by the maids or staff who clean the rooms saying that you leave unpleasant things in the room when it is a lie and that you cannot use cream on your body because you stain the sheets with oils when that is a lie I have Staying in these Best Western hotels for a long time and only in this hotel they are like this, putting people in a bad light and discrediting you. I am a person with a very good reputation to leave a place saying things that I would not even dare to do in a room. It's bad, on one occasion they tried to steal my identity there by calling saying that if I had spent my days at the hotel it was a lie, it was someone else using my identity and my credit card they don't care with personal information so anyone can steal your identity and maybe use the room that you already left and then say that it was you so this property of this line of hotels especially this pine hotel in this location is very bad they are friendly to those who love others they want to treat them like ordinary people and without Which category is very bad, I will never set foot in that hotel or those chains again."
