"We've been here for a few years now and this is by far the best apartment complex in the area. Our office manager Sue is on top of everything and is quick to respond to any issues we have. She goes above and beyond to make sure we're all taken care of. Our maintenance worker is kindhearted, hard working, and quick at his job. Most of all my family and I feel safe here in this community. Chino PD patrols our parking lot regularly and keeps the bad guys out. We love it here!"
"I lived in this apartment complex for almost four years. This property is clean, very quiet and well kept. I always felt very safe living there. The office staff is always really nice and helpful."
"When we chose Marbella we loved how clean, quiet and appealing the unit was. Sue in the front office was great with handling all our questions and concerns. She was quick in handling our paperwork, calling us to confirm we got the unit! Let us know if we had any questions to call or pop into the office. We had an issue with our counter, Sue had the maintenance worker Jaime was quick to come and get that fixed same day. Thank you for Marbella for making this a great transition and always keeping us in the loop! Can't recommend this place enough!"
"Finally moved out and this is my first apartment! I definitely don’t understand any of the negative reviews regarding management as Sue has been amazing, cooperative, and answers any and all questions we had. The community is quiet and neighborly and seeing so many happy pets in the windows is a big plus (: would definitely recommend this complex and I’m glad my first place away from home is here!"
"I would recommend this place to most people. They have a gym facility and I came across one of the residents working out there who was so helpful. Now I see him all the time and ask him about gym routines and anytime he is in there I always ask him to join in and he has no problem with it. The other neighbors are also very friendly. The manager Sue is amazing and seems to really be in great spirits every time I see her. Love this place"
