"I would give this a 0 if I could housekeeper steal items left behind I call for a shirt that I know I left behind and the lady in the front desk immediately said there was nothing left in the room didn’t bother to ask for the room # or when I check out. Also didn’t bother to look in where the housekeeper put lost and found items or ask housekeeper."

"When we pulled up to the place, there was a flickering light that was very unsettling. It made the motel look very ominous. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful although she seemed overworked. The room itself seemed fine when I entered but the walls are filthy and covered in grime. The restroom door is cracked, looking like someone had broken into the restroom. There is a smashed dead spider in plain view in the restroom and what looks to be black mold in the shower. Motel 6 is weirdly expensive for the absolute shxt that they deliver."

"I'm not sure how the city of Chino allows this type of place to stay in business. Dirty rooms, roaches on the walls, staff is rude, shower head broke when trying to shower, lights broken, rooms felt humid and sticky. For the same price, you could get a clean, safe room else where this is the only motel 6 I've seen nationwide that is still so disgusting."

"Manager was horrible. Double charged me. Didn't give me a refund, I had to go through my bank to get the charges reversed. Cockroaches in the rooms. Honestly just stay away unless you're desperate"
