"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Spring tree management/owners are thieves and dishonest people! Disgusting human beings. After moving out and leaving the apartment in good condition they kept our deposit!!! They had us thinking we would get it in the mail. Never even contacted us to let us know. When we contacted them Ginger said we had unpaid utilities so they paid them with our deposit!!! LIES!!!! First of all doesn't your unpaid utilities follow u whether you move to? Also how can they use your deposit without first consulting you?? I would have sued them on principle alone BUT some things are worth you leaving alone and letting karma take its course. Spring tree the day will come for you to get what's coming to you and all the sharks you sleep with. Until then i will tell everyone about you and your unlawful deeds. MOVE AT YOUR Discretion. If you want to be LIED TO, over pay for rent, live with sketchy tenants move here."
"I have loved this place so far. Management is awesome and Ginger is the best rental manager I've ever had."
"I really liked living here. Great staff. Reasonable prices for the area. Gym and two pools and of course a hottub! I love that there is garages and automatic gates. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is if you don't get a parking early enough then it's in the garage the car goes. lol well maybe i should put five. okay five. because it's so close to everything! including starbucks and the grocery store. I always walk to the store. i love it."
"Pretty nice, actually. Though the apartments are starting to show their age (they were built in the '70's) the staff are incredibly friendly and any problem we have is dealt with immediately. Couldn't ask for more. Well, except for them to leave the pool and laundry room open for us early birds/night owls. :)"
"SUCKS.! YOU CAN'T. LET YOUR KIDS PLAY W WATER GUNS OR RIDE THEIR BIKE ANYWHERE INSIDE THE COMPLEX. PLUS THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SEPERATE THE PERSONAL N PROFESSIONAL!!"
