"Just gave my 30 days moving out notice, this place has gotten worse since their new manager came in, yes this manager has lasted the longest, as managers were replaced every 3-4 months. The new manager has favorite tenants as they are related to the managers new boyfriend who is also a tenant there. visitors parking spaces are not to be use by tenants between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM but if you are tenants related to the managers boyfriend then the rules do not apply to you. We have let the owner of the building know and when I say we, I mean more that 5 tenants have contacted the owner, yes the owner says that the rules should apply to everyone and the the manager should not have favorites or get romantically involved with a tenant and that she will get it taken care of but after some many broken promises, I am moving out. a few people moved out last month and they are having problems with getting their complete deposit back. Please do not rent here, yes it looks nice and well kept but the interior of the apartments aren't kept. if you have something that needs fixing, you are require to submit a work order, then you are told that the repairs are not major and they can wait. However if the managers boyfriend's apartment needs anything fix, it gets fix right away. the managers boyfriend is nice and even brags as to how soon his apartment gets fix, for example he asked for A/C Freon refill on his A/C unit and the same day of his request, he got a brand new A/C unit. The manager says that this is her property and that she can run it any way she wants and that the owner can't stop her. She can change the rules anyway she wants or at any time."
