"I’m a bit frustrated with my most recent experience. I’ve lived here for about 4 years now and have consistently paid my rent on time by using the copperwood website. This method has never changed. As tenants, we are given a 3 day grace period to pay so I typically pay within that tine allotted. This month, apparently due to an “application update” the system was asking for information that I had no access to nor was there any communication given that payment methods would be different. Because the office is closed on Sunday and Monday(12/3-12/4) I was unsuccessful with getting in touch with someone from the office for guidance, so after calling and leaving 2 voicemails I was contacted back around 6:30 on Tuesday. The call was missed as I was at work and could not call back as the office was closed by the time I was off. I then sent an email to the property manager and she responded back the following day informing me that other residents had experienced a similar issue and gave guidance on how to make the payment. I was then charged a 100 dollar late fee due to the payment being late and was told by a gentleman that I had to pay the additional fee. After being a resident here with no issues for the past 4 years I do believe that this was extremely poor customer service especially given the fact that this was a known issue and was not communicated properly as management discovered the issue. This should have been handled differently."

"Nice place to live washer and dryer inside your home, balconies , a pool and work out room it's quiet too and they have security at night that drives thru to watch your cars not a lot of guest parking though."

"I am so mad! My sister 2 girls left there keys on my car. My dad and i is at work i keep asking the maintenance to please open the door for them to open but they want to charge us 100 bucks right away. I understand that in a lock in and its our fault but they wont even give me or two younger sisters a one time courtesy and charge us next time or atleast let us know about it nexttime."

"I used to live here about 3 years ago. Was a great place to live, grounds are well maintained, apartments are clean and cozy and the community is safe and decently quiet. Washer/dryer in apartment was great and management was easy to work with from start to finish. Occasionally you would see disputes in the parking lot of personal baby mama type drama and not a fan or places who make you pay for water/trash/gas but overall was a great place to live and would definitely recommend to others."

"Apartments are fully renovated, the community is constantly being updated. Best price in the area."
