"Nice apartment complex. They have laundry rooms, pools, Jacuzzis, a small park for children, gym. They are being remodeled. A tad bit pricey for me, but my dad lives there."
"This place is absolutely disgusting. The security is terrible to the kids here. They threaten them with fines and talk to them in the most crude way. It is absolutely disgusting that the management allows them to treat CHILDREN this way. Oh wait, management doesn’t care! They only care about the money and they will constantly harass you if they do not like you. Absolutely appalled with the nasty behavior and unprofessional management. I would give this 0 stars if I could."
"The office staff are extremely rude and borderline hostile. Lots of problems with roaches in the entire apartment complex. In addition, they take all of your deposit. The rent is way too expensive and after your lease is up they always increase it."
"I have to say that this place is up there when it comes to service, like maintenance, trash pick up and keeping the place nice and green. It’s nice to walk out and not see trash everywhere or the dumpster piling up,lol. Plus now to have month to month rent is a plus! The remodeled apts which I have is an attractive addition. I’m very comfortable there, peaceful even when kids are playing outside. Overall, a very nice place…"
"My families home burned down and we couldn’t find any place that would rent to us with a month to month lease and pet friendly. The ladies at Park West Apartment were so helpful and kind to us. They went above and beyond to help us get in as fast as possible. Let me tell you, the apartment was so clean and modern. Brand new whirlpool appliances, beautiful flooring and recessed lighting. We had a nice patio. The dog park is a great place to let the dogs run around. Neighbors are very friendly 2 nice playgrounds pools and the laundry is always clean and working. We had only one small issue with the garbage disposal and they came right away and fixed it. We will be leaving soon but we have been so blessed to have found this place and I recommend to any new family or someone looking for short or long term lease."
