"I’ve been living here for about year and a half! And let me just say that the maintenance people are awesome! They are awesome and quick with their service. They know how to take care of whatever it is that you need! Also I want to talk about one of the maintenance guy named Albert! He’s very nice , cool and goes above and beyond with what is need! "Absolutely loved living at these apartments! Management is absolutely amazing! Neighbors are great and friendly. Maintenance guys are awesome especially Albert Perez always willing to help and answer questions..Super friendly and definitely goes above and beyond all the time to make sure your questions are answered or your issue is fixed. He's the best! Apartments are conveniently close to the freeway and shopping centers."
"I’ve lived here almost 4 years now. I am very happy here. It’s nice & quiet. Rich is always a phone call away. Albert & Victor are the best maintenance guys around! When I locked myself out, Albert was right there ready to help. Even when he was off the clock. Everyone here including neighbors are friendly."
"Aventine Apartments is a nice place, spacious rooms and well kept. I’ve lived here over a year, this place was recommended by my sons. They also told me about the maintenance crew. I like Victor and Albert they always are very helpful. Albert is always courteous and helpful, even when he’s off the clock he’s still willing to help if you have a need. Employees like that are valuable especially in this time when customer service is lacking. He’s a worthy employee."
