I've always had a very pleasant experience with Mary, the Property Manager and the Maintenance man Darryl... they're always prompt with my work orders, and answering any questions that I may have; in a timely and very professional manner. "I am a long time resident and I love it here! The property manager is the best I can ask for. She’s friendly, personable , hard working , takes great care of the property and treats everyone well! The maintenance staff also is knowledgeable,friendly, and does an excellent job keeping the property clean and clear completing maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner! They are a great team! This is a great place to live!!"
"My family and I have lived here for 6 yrs now. When we first moved here we couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and serene it was. We luv it!!! The outside and landscape is pretty and kept well maintained all year round. The property manager Mary Rucker is always professional yet friendly and welcoming. With her busy schedule she took the time out to call and wish me a happy birthday. The maintenance work is always handled in a efficient and timely manner. There's a laundry facility on site which is convenient. These townhomes are spacious and comfortable. I luv decorating and this is the perfect place to be creative."
