"Been staying here for a few years now I have absolutely no issues with my apartment itself. I actually like staying here. Love how there's so much closet space. Maintenance once you put your Maintenance request in on the web portal, they are on point and on top of there job. They do an amazing job with keeping the building and hallway clean. Only thing I wish could is have an extra washing machine in the building because theres only one and i also wish that they had cameras around there buildings on the outside. Other then that I would recommend staying here. Staff are very friendly as well as neighbors. Everyone is very respectable."

"I was looking for somewhere my elderly father could stay. He refused to stay in an assistant living facility, and we had looked at several different apartments before coming across Lakeland Terrance Apartments. What drew me to the apartments was the atmosphere of quietness, cleanliness. And well kept landscape. Upon filing the application, I met the staff that included Judith, Bob, and Roosevelt (Rose), an they were unbelievably attentive and focused on all the needs of my father, they were kind, friendly, organized, and professional, those were key factors in my decision. and we are thrilled that we chose Lakeland Terrance Apartment. The residents are really looked after by the management, leasing staff, maintenance team, and other neighbors. Although we missed their social event, the staff (Bob) made it a point to come and inform my Father of the Cookout and other Festivities on site. Again!!!! this is not an Assistant Living Facility their just regular, down to earth people who care, and thats very rare these days. Lakeland Terrance Apartments is a Jewel, and I Appreciate each and every person there. Thanks Dwight & Wendy"

"I went to this apartment complex and the property manager was on vacation. I spoke with Bob. He was very polite and informative and a complete gentleman. He spoke highly of the property. I came back today and spoke with the property manager, Allison. She was very professional; a sweet young lady and very informative. She was so inviting even though I didn't have an appointment. I'm hoping a one bedroom becomes available soon at this property. I refused the wait list at this time but, am considering it if my shopping is not productive. After going to different properties, it was refreshing to be treated with such kindness. You don't get this type of welcoming treatment everywhere."

Allison is great and always nice to interact with, very pleasant and professional. Bob is the best, always willing to help in any way he can. Always professional and friendly.
