"I was amused by the negative reviews left here. It is clear that most of the negative reviews were left by disgruntled people that were evicted for non-payment.... This is actually a nice place to live! The apartments are clean and well-maintained, in a good location."

"RUN!!! I believe each and every review on here is true based on what I personally went through with Heidi the manager, i put an application and explained to this Freddy Kruger looking women about my background she said it wouldn’t be an issue then after i gave her my money for the application it automatically became an issue, she told me she couldn’t help me no more then later she proceeded to “try and help me” after i explained to her my situation of being homeless with 2 small children. She told me she would give me a 2 bedroom and then later switched back to the a 1 bedroom at that moment i decided to move on and look else where she calls me back randomly and tells me go and get help with a double deposit for a 2 bedroom again, which her and i both knew it would be a process the lady that was helping me tried to reach her multiple times and she would play games with the women as well, she kept switching up and saying that the property was taking by another tenant and then promising to still help me the next. As soon as i got the help she switched on me again saying she can’t give me a unit anymore. She plays way too many games. Now I’m stuck still trying to find housing for me and my kids. I gave up many homes cause she made me believe she was giving me a place. Glad i didn’t move here i dodged a bullet. Her office is dirty and junky with two dusty dogs running around. Let this be your last option to live !"

"The office doesn’t return phone calls promptly to prospective tenants. Today, I finally talked to Heidi who NEVER gave me a price for a 2 bedroom but she didn’t have a problem sending me an app for a background check. I had to ask her what the unit looked like. I received a bunch of pictures over email. I don’t trust living in a place I can’t physically stand in or have the ability to look around BEFORE signing a lease. Sadly, I believe some of these reviews."

"I got this apartment for my mom and she was okay with it for a while. Her legs werent that good and they didnt have elevators. My mom fell and broke her leg, had some complications a few surgeries, and was in and out of acute care and never in her apartment. Then she had to have her leg amputated and her doctor stated she couldn't live there without elevators. Talked to Heidi about it and was told i had to pay for the extra months we broke the lease. Her tub ran all the time. All they did was turn it off from the wall and never replaced the parts. I would ask and ask and never came. Heidi would also smoke in that leasing office and have it fully cloudy. She even was in the office while she had COVID. She didnt tell me until AFTER i mentioned something about it at the hospital while filling out my money order. I hurried out of there. It was always cold and the heat never worked and was controlled by Heidi. I ended up buying my mom a heater AND turning on the stove. We moved my mom out in February. Now they are ghosting us about our security deposit. I have left 2 messages, 2 emails, and a voicemail on a second number she gave me with no avail. During the winter storm, they had no plow service so all the neighbors had to help one another dig our cars out or was stuck"

"Have lived here for 18 months. My stay has been not so pleasing to say the least. Lots of improvement needed in the area of customer service, safety and upkeep. As far as being evicted this is not true. I left just before my lease was up and forfeited 1 month security deposit. Heidi is a big liar and some other things i won't stoop to. I have been gone for a year and the only thing i miss is the location. Btw if Heidi is so great why did someone burn her car up right in front of her apartment. She is also prejudice and had rented to some relatives that got into an altercation with my neighbor, they were the aggressor, and she blamed my neighbor. She will not give you the name or number to corporate but i have it. Contact me n i will share. They need to get her out and things will be a lot better all the way around. Could actually be a nice place to live."
