"This place is a scam my son caught lead poisoning in the building and DONTEZ SANDERS TOLD MW IT WAS TO MUCH DRAMA AND HE DIDNT WANNA DEAL WITH IT .. HE SCAMMED ME OUTBOF 670$ 2 months ago . But as long as I been living by myself I never in my life had more then one late fee so I knew something was wrong . He is very unprofessional calls you all typa names don’t never let you talk . I have been nothing but respectful to this man even through all this while I find somewhere else to move I’m tired and drained now .. don’t move here at all"
"Parking lot is horrible. Cars parked outside of lines. Tree limbs on ground for months. Garage has trash in it from months ago. Security doors always unlocked. Not enough outside lights. Would not move there"
"I’d give this place a -10 if I could. My 80 year old grand mother has been in this garbage can for less than 3 months. The pluming does not work. My grandmothers toilet has flooded the entire apartment 4 different times. It even looks ran down. The owner Dontez is rude and lazy. He’ll claim he’s doing something for his people but he’s not. He’s ripping people off. Moving them in units that are not anywhere near ready to rent out. Do not waste your money here."
"I went to see these apartments and fell in love. Thanks to Joe and Dontez, the environment was very inviting. Everything in the unit was brand new from the floors to the kitchen appliances even the door knobs. It gave off a very clean and new look. I'm so excited to be moving in!!! Thanks again Joe!"
"i give this amazing apartment complex 5 stars! the property manager is so nice as well as his kids, his kids and me are great friends almost like family with my sister also. we lived here for a while. the kids that live here are nice everyone gets along and the grown people watch out for all the kids!! the rent is nice if your not to good with money. all in all this place wonderful no drama no loud people everyone is amazing consider living here! i promise its worth it"
