"If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD! This is by far the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever encountered smh the leasing office is in shambles & they don’t do their jobs, the apartments have mold,ants,roaches etc! The elevator is ALWAYS down, hallways are disgusting and maintenance don’t respond to ANYTHING! My tub was clogged from September to December, I put 2 maintenance request in for them to come fix it & NOTHING. I had to unclog it myself! The toilets are constantly clogged & when it’s cold outside they cut the heat off so the units are freezing cold smh as soon as it warms up outside the heat is turned back on & the units are uncomfortably hot! They press you for money but don’t want to run the apartments worth spending the money for smh I can’t even use my kitchen cabinets because they are painted shut lol smh I can’t wait to move you won’t get another dime from me! The worst experience I’ve ever had & I’ll make sure nobody else has to experience this place."

"If I could give this place a zero I would! I’ve been living here for about 4 months and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Laundry room absolutely disgusting!!! People leaving trash MAGGOTS EVERYWHERE!!! My bathroom ceiling was leaking and molding took them a whole month to fix leak now leaving me with a hole in ceiling! Roach problem and an ant problem, ants all over my clothes I’m disgusted !! I’m so upset I have to be here until June, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!"

"The apartment I live in folds when it rains, there is mildew on the carpets due to water damage. The toilet has never worked since I lived here. I have been living here for three months now. The closets in the bedrooms have mold in it. THERE IS A HUGE ROACH INFESTATION. Roaches have infested all my belongings. I have called management and made complaints multiple times no one has come out. The management is hiding from the residents. The office has been closed for weeks. The give a number and email for you to contact them. When you contact them through phone or email they don’t respond. My rent is currently in escrow with Euclid City Court. Makaila in the office the leasing manager is very unprofessional she does not go through with what she says. She told me she was going to get me a transfer and never went through with it. She tries he best to avoid any of my concerns. FUTURE RESIDENCE STAY FAR AWAY FROM LAKELAND COMMONS."

"I cannot wait until my 12 month lease is up at this raggedy apartment complex. The management here is terrible. They sit and reply to all the reviews like they care, but they don’t fix anything. The elevator is always down. There’s a problem with the machine to load money for the washers and dryers. I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I have yet to be able to wash my clothes here I had to spend over $20 at a laundromat when I pay for laundry here. I just got my apartment and it’s renovated There is no reason why i should be having problems with my sink leaking & my toilet having a problem flushing. My ceiling fan light came without lightbulbs. I should not have to go to the store to buy new lightbulbs for an apartment that I just got. Do not let the pictures fool you. Yes, the apartments are nicely renovated, but they keep up with the building poorly. The hallways stinks. The stairwells are disgusting and they don’t clean the floors. Use your money for somewhere else!!!!"
