"I have been living here for 2 years now and I have seen so many different staff swaps, but the new property management is slowly making the changes we need around here. Long way to go but there is huge potential for things to get better. The communication is a lot better between residents and staff. I see the efforts just hoping it will remain productive."

"DO NOT move here. I've been here since June (originally wrote this review in August), and if I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Just waiting until my lease is up. Don't be fooled by the photos on their website. There were problems with my apartment that should've been fixed BEFORE I moved in. There are roaches up and down the buildings (one crawled out of my medicine cabinet), noisy tenants, the folks tend to not throw away their trash, and when it is thrown away, the dumpsters are overflowing, which makes the pests even worse. Any of the elevators are down regularly, they wait until a problem becomes WORSE to do anything about it, and even then it isn't fixed well. I don't feel safe here somedays, even with Euclid Police being a regular visitor. These are only a couple of the many problems here. You bring up your issues to the staff and they don't care. Issues going unaddressed and being swept under the rug because they don't have to live with it is just plain wrong and that negligence should at least be reflected one the rent we're expected to pay. It's crazy to me how management companies like this receive so much money from all the residents yet pretend to actually manage their properties. God forbid you're behind on rent here. They aren't flexible in the slightest. You wanted a review so bad, well here you go, Harbor Crest. How are you going to speak about "resident satisfaction" when it's been shown time and time again that the satisfaction isn't priority? They're gonna see this and say something like "this is quite alarming feedback" or give the same copy and paste "We apologize for your experience" corpo response they normally do. I regret moving here. There are more bad reviews than good, which says a lot."

"This place is the most awful, filthy and most disgusting place I’ve ever had the displeasure of living in! Maintenance and pest control is non existent after the day you move in. You will get a faster response from the millions of roaches that greet you everywhere you turn. Do not let these people trick you into moving in this awful place with outdated photos. They preach “resident satisfaction” but half the tenants are ok with living in filth and the other half are stuck in a dreadful lease with the asshats. I’ve seen over a dozens of reviews on here complaining of the poor & unsafe living conditions!! There is more bad reviews than good please do not let these people fool you with high hopes and false promises!"

"This has been the worst experience of my entire life of living. The leasing office is terrible & lacks in customer service skills. I went over 2/12 weeks without a working fridge. I had to constantly call the customer service dept. every single day to finally get through to the property manager who was rude & refused to compensate me for my spoiled groceries. The place in infested with roaches & the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. I don’t feel safe because the security cameras don’t work & my complaints & service orders are constantly being ignored. I have been more than patient & understanding with the maintenance & management, but I am not being taken seriously or even valued. Will be taking my money & belongings elsewhere. 0/10 would NOT recommend to a friend! Update: The property manager has called & denied these issues after seeing the proof & insisted that my concerns were false. The phone call was insensitive & she continued to talk over me & implied that my review was contradictory. She also denied ever speaking with me. Instead of being apologetic & remorseful she tried to “check me”. Again, highly unprofessional. Do not move here!!"
