"I had signed a 1 year least within the first 3 months of living here I woke up and it was a Bat next to my bed. The leasing girl was really rude she act if I was making it up until she came to the apartment an seen it herself. I paid more to have an upgraded model only thing that was upgraded was the kitchen the bathroom was not. When I seen the model the bathroom and kitchen were both upgraded. The pipes would burst in the winter we would be out water for hours. The part where the furnace is kept the basement is full of mold Everywhere. Not to mention when it rains the parking lot would be a pound of water, we couldn't even park in certain areas of the parking lot. I couldn't even come home at night because it would be raccoons and trash everywhere. I bought that to the leasing office attention they said they would have pets control come out, the issue was Never resolved! They also controls the heat I had to buy space heaters before they turn the heat on until November the hardwoods floors made it even worst. Down stairs at the main door people were using their ID's or credit cards to get in. Again I ask the leasing office can they put a plate on the door to prevent that from happening after I had someone who attempt to break into my unit. The worst living environment ever!!!! The tenants around are ghetto!!"

"DONT MOVE HERE ! They have a BAD CASE of Pharaoh ants & the property manager sprays herself & it worked for a few months. She came to spray again & IT DIDNT WORK! So now I'm living with ants & I can't leave nothing out or ants are going to crawl in it ! I've lost so much money staying here .. My toaster TRASHED! Sheets that were in the linen closet trash! & they're not doing anything about it !! So I'm calling legal assistance because I don't know what to do at this point & IM STRESSED OUT !"
