"Update: After talking to Daniel in corporate I received way better service. They made sure I got a full refund and Daniel took extra steps to help me get a replacement apartment. It seems like the teams at harbor Crest and summerwood were polar opposites to waters edge. I received way better service at those places. Definitely appreciate kd for acknowledging this issue and fixing it instead of lying! Diera Robinson screamed at me on the phone after refusing to let me move in on my move in date. Which was today. Forced me to wait outside while her and coworkers talked about what they were eating for lunch. Forgot it was my move in date. W Gave me trouble when asked for a meter to switch electric service in my name after ignoring all of my phone calls all week for the meter number. Was finally able to get reviewed for service after getting at least a name of the prior tenant. Pretended like she told me not to pay online after I sent her proof of her literally telling .e to pay through the portal via screenshot. I just want my money back but obviously they aren't going to let that happen so I'm suing for harassment and theft. You shouldn't be allowed to treat paying customers like this. This is ridiculous."

"Horrible place to live. From the leasing off staff, to the roaches deciding to live with you, the pest control ppl does absolutely NOTHING, to the consistent monthly water problems, the consistent raising of rent but NO progress in anything they do, the doors always unlocked, no security cameras, elevators ALWAYS down, people smoking in the lobby, staff obsessively flirting. Everyone that works here hate it. Everyone that lives here hate it. If it wasn’t such a pain to move I’d been gone soon as they put the new leasing manager in the chair. They never answer the phone. They will have you PAYING FOR PARKING then say they have to do some work in the garage but will NOT give you a place to park your car safely (so if you work late nights you won’t have anywhere to park on the premises AT ALL when you get home) they will threaten to Tow your vehicle if in a unauthorized location when you PAY FOR PARKING! They don’t answer the phones when they know it’s a problem going on so it’s best you go down and say it to their face. They have bad attitudes so be ready to snap back. Make this your LAST RESORT!!!!! Don’t even look into K&D apartments. Do better than the rest of us that’s living in this hell hole. Make better decisions and God bless."

"If I could give them ZERO stars I would! The conditions in waters edges building B are in humane!!! You guys have no care for your residents what so ever!! It should be no reason I have snow inside my apartment, all over my windows. The property manager give you the run around , the women in the leasing office won’t even look you in the Face when you speak with them. If all the money wouldn’t be invested in your corporate office maybe there’s would be funds to insulate the apartments better. I have a toddler in the home that is sick and won’t get better due to constantly breathing in cold air. I will be reporting this to anyone I can who will listen. If rent isn’t paid they are quick to send out eviction notice but won’t fix anything! They think putting tape when plastic helps but it doesn’t! The elevator is always down , you can’t wash clothes , it’s roach infested! Something needs to be done ASAP."
