"This is hands-down the worst apartment I've ever lived in.Ceilings that look like it's caving in since I moved in floors are giving away trashTrash in the hallways outside condoms on the floors on the stairs nobody cleans anyting. Someone is living in the laundry room it's just horrible living conditions. Shooting is a common thing. Let's not get started on the winter time Update- There was a gas leak in my building that forced the gas company to turn my gas off. I have not had gas in 13 days. Manager keep telling me that she will keep me informed but has not reached out once. I only here the lies of we are trying to get a plumber when I reach out to her. No heat in Ohio in February. 13 days.. I don't know how much more I can take and have nowhere else to go. And they do not care."

"Horrible communication! 0/10 I was told I was approved twice, they said there would be available apartments they’ve yet to give me a call back and it’s may! Mind you I applied in march! They took my 100 dollars for a holding fee for an apartment and they never updated me on anything. I’ve called them multiple times and they haven’t answered. Don’t apply here!"

"My car was stolen out of my parking lot at park side gardens 09/2022 do not move you and your family here. The community is going down hill i have been here almost three years and its been getting worse and worse im a single parent and there's lot of other single mothers with children the security doors dont lock properly so anyone can come in and out of your building there's criminal activity shooting lotering in the parking lots at night the people don't care about Euclid anymore this use to be a safe place to live and now you can't even have nice things or things to take care of you and your family."

"You need several maintenance requests for one minor thing to be fixed. Inside the individual apartments may as well have been glued together by kindergartners. The common areas in the building are literally never cleaned. There's been broken glass in the laundry room for going on 5 months. They change up owners so often and never give out a notice. Just recently they have taken the option to pay through the portal offline. Money orders are no longer accepted so you have to bring a cashier's check to the office. However their new office hours are Mon - Fri 9 am - 12 noon So if you work a 9-5 good luck trying to reach anybody"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! Me and my wife needed a place to move in a hurry and this place seemed great when we went to the office. Did all our paperwork and received our apartment and keys within a few days. Then reality set it. The apartments are literally trash in the hallways. The mail boxes in the front door area don’t even lock. The door buzzer has a big sign that says broken on it, and the front door you can just walk right into. Once we started moving in we found ROACHES. The entire kitchen was filled with them. I called for 3 weeks to have someone come spray and get rid of them, to no avail. So, I purchased my own exterminator out of my own pocket and asked to be refunded only to not get a call back the 10 times I have called and 4 emails I have sent. The place smells like weed 24/7. This is not a place for a family at all. By no means would I ever rent here again, or recommend it to anyone. Only reason it gets one star is because zero or negative isn’t an option. Don’t do it, literally go anywhere but here."
