"When trying to get a apartment at culture gardens, everyone kept answering their phones for me to pay My deposit and filing fees once I was denied. No one answered their phone once again. I've been calling for over 2 weeks to get my deposit released back to my account and until this day i'm still waiting."

"Iam posting this review for the safety of current or looking tenants people that worked here have seen infestations of roaches with black mold and was told by management they did not want to pay to have it removed and that they were just going to paint over the mold i highly recommend getting your unit test for your safety."

"The last manager (Potts) made many improvements to the parking lots and tree lawn signage, installed a new elevator, painted the hallways and re-carpeted the first floor lobby. The washers and dryers on 2nd floor don't always work and there's never any signage to fore-warn tenants. Some tenants discard furniture in the dumpsters behind the buildings that are only designed for garbage; this causes an overflow of refuse at times and can be rather unsightly."

"Spoke with Quinn, Saturday, about urgently wanting to apply for 2br coming available. Told me to come in Monday, to apply. Called Monday, to come apply, and was rudely cut-off, repeatedly, and told "someone rented it online." Was never informed of online application process and have never been interrupted, so many times, by someone I'm trying to throw my cash and 749 credit score, at...and for a run-down dump. Only was interested in applying, out of desperation, as there is very-limited pet-friendly availability, in Euclid, currently. Dodged a bullet on this one; would rather be homeless"

"Originally when I moved into these apartments there was a very nice lady who worked in the leasing office. She was very pleasant, professional, went above and beyond with any issues one may have had. She kept the insides of the buildings clean, smelling good and made it very welcoming to come here. Fast forward a few months later. The building is under new management and the people they have working there are awful, rude and clueless! There might as well not even be a leasing staff. They do not answer phones (I witnessed this with my own eyes) or respond to emails so good luck getting in contact with anyone if something is wrong. I personally called the office 10 times one day with no answer until finally I went into the office to get help. I was met by a very rude individual who, although saying he’s done this job for 20 years, clearly doesn’t like working here! He flat out offered no assistance and told me to deal with it. Not acceptable! The maintenance men are nice. But that’s it. These apartments are very old and outdated. The only thing nice are the hardwood floors but please do not be fooled. There aren’t many pictures of this place for a reason. They try to sell you on the apartment being an “update” but the only thing updated are the floors which are cheaply done by the way. The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances need to be updated. The cabinets and doors are clearly from when this building first opened. The wood is cracked very badly. The kitchen floors and counters are permanently stained and need to be replaced. What were once white floors and counters are now yellow. I was under the impression I could clean this but wrong. They need to be replace. There is a terrible bug problem here. So many spiders, roaches and other misc bugs. According to the new leasing office rep, this is normal and to be expected because we’re by the water and they only pay for exterminators to treat the property when new tenants move in. That doesn’t sound right to me. There’s cats everywhere outside the building for whatever reason, the elevator is always broke, and the dumpsters always overflowing. There’s blatant illegal activity going on in the parking lots but management does not care as long as the rent is paid. Or the fact that strangers have very easy access into the building which is dangerous. This property needs an update and the old leasing agents back as soon as possible and maybe there’s hope for this place. With the current staff (excluding maintenance)and lack of unit upkeep this place is a dump and I highly do not recommend. If I could rate the property less than 0 I would. It only looks nice on the outside to draw people in. But the reviews of multiple people here do not lie."
