Normandy Towers Apartments

"No update on the parking situation, they are not telling us if the underground garage will ever be repaired, BUT they want you to refer folks to move here AND what are we telling them about the parking situation - NO RESPONSE! This is not good for business and very disappointed because I really like my apartment."

"They are scammer, I just pay the deposit fee on the 3rd week of November, then on the week of Thanksgiving they told me to pay the November rent fee or they put the apartment back on the Market. They didn't give me no time to pay and they didn't give back my deposit money back"

"I have been here two months between me and my daughter who lives on the third floor has had our cars towed three times on top of guest have to pay to vist!!!! It’s ridiculous I would not advise anyone to move here just on that alone I love my apartment. Stacy is a nice person. She doesn’t make the rules but it’s getting out of hand today. I go down to the lobby and there’s like six or seven people outside who had their cars towed they are doing construction and people are not really Understanding of how everything is working they need to find a better way people who live here should be able to park in the garage or outside. That’s the bottom line rent is high and you still want people to pay for friends and family to come and visit and pay. It’s ridiculous. The really sad thing to top it off if it was an 80 year old lady downstairs crying because her car has gotten towed. This company needs to get it together and figure out another way."

"It was ok up to now but, recently they started to charge extra for parking. And they kind of force people to get a new sticker , monthly 30$, which is nor fair. Office says, there are alot of demand for parking, but there are so many blank spots.. I think it is a way to go around to charge extra... they could do for new season or for new movers but, it is not fair to to do such change in the middle of the new year ... I am sad for those whose cars are towed... Now. It is getting worse... all parking area is reserved and for one month we are on waiting list for a reserved parking area, not knowing where i am in the list and if i will have chance to get a blue sticker one day. not a reasonable parking space is offered, and people are forced to park outside apartment parking and walk a lot to get a parking area."

"Been trying to hold back on leaving a review because when i first got here I really liked it despite the ridiculous guest parking rules, but now I could want nothing more than to terminate my lease. This parking situation has gotten completely out of hand. They are towing residents cars who are not paying extra monthly or did not have a chance to reserve a spot due to the high volume requests and limited spaces. Now that 80% of the lot is reserved, you just have to hope you can get one the 20 spaces that are left in the lot by the time you get off work. If you don’t, you’re forced to walk down the entire lot and across the street. They have people that come when people are sleep in the middle of the night to check and see who is improperly parked just so they can tow you. I will definitely be looking for a another place to stay and would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Attached below is a picture of the on-duty staff who just sits and waits all night to tow peoples cars. Pathetic."
