"Many cars have been broken into over the past year with NO security or CAMERAS added. VERY disappointing. 4 cars today alone windows were broken out this morning on 01/26/2024. Please don’t come here if you care about your car and things of value. THEY DONT CARE."
"I must say this, the management team, Ms. Tiffany Robinson, Angeniqua Walker when you come though the door, it's like peace and nothing but respect. They are very understanding and just all around kind, The property is always clean and just beautiful to enjoy and to look at. Great maintenance team, they are always out working to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. I could not ask for anything better, because I get to walk around in safety. Keep it up, God Bless!"
"Had a HUGE WATER PROBLEM DAY 1 LITERALLY LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN THEN BATHROOM PAID ALL RENT AND BILLS. THEN THEY SPOKE TO A PERSON NOT ON LEASE AND SAID "THEY" SAID (THEY DID N) A NON RENEWAL. THEY Didn't EVEN SPEAK TO ME THE PERSON PAYING AND ON THE LEASE, while My Money was Good thou. And I keep an immaculate Keep home Keeps."
"Property manager is unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. All other staff including maintenance is okay. Even K&D management is unhelpful. Been in the apartment for a few months now and can tell that repairs are all cosmetic. Refrigerator liner keeps coming off, stove went out and mold in the bathroom. I wish they would let me out of my lease. Can't wait to move."
