"Deegan management sucks. Told my sister she couldn't make negative reviews on any media so I will! She has had many issues in her apartment such as and not limited to bugs, mold, collapsing ceilings in her bathroom and bedroom. Instead of letting her move into another apartment they wanted to pay to transfer. Please do not move into any of their properties. Save yourself the headache"

"I’ve lived here for about 3 yrs and it hasn’t always been the best experience. The owner of the property is so unapproachable he is very smart mouthed and very disrespectful. I’ve recently had a issue when maintenance came and cleaned my carpet and they unplugged refrigerator causing me to lose over $200 worth of groceries. I spoke with the leasing manager property manager and they both sent emails to the owner and spoke with him personally with NO results. He hasn’t responded via email or contacted me directly. It’s been 3 weeks and the maintenance men admitted fault . Here it is the beginning of a new month and im STILL waiting on a response. Completely dissatisfied and NOT NO recommend Deegan Management Property as your new home."

"I stayed in my apartment for 5 years and never had any problems. Deegan Management took over at the beginning of 2016. They are money hungry and not consistent at anything they say. There staff is horrible! If I could give them a 0 I would. I would never move into any of their properties again. I'm happy that chapter of my life is closed. Good luck to anyone that lives there or decides to move there. Your experience may be different but my opinion they are just not worth the hassle!!"

"Deegan management sucks! The tungsten apartments have bed bugs me and my fiancé found that out after Todd wouldn't let us rent a suite at Euclid Terrace cause he didn't want our children to spill "red kool-aid" on his carpet. He offers the tungsten apartments and we lost all of our furniture we just bought kids beds or bed and clothes because they were infested with bed bugs after being there for a couple months. He is cheap and he have a very bad little man complex very unprofessional and he treats his female staff like crap!"

"I have rented at various properties from this company. They have been fair and reasonable with me and worked around my situation. The properties I lived in have been kept up and clean to my standards. The Maintenance guys are really nice to work with and at least listen to you when you have a concern. Overall, it has been a great experience with the property manager and the owners are down to earth as well. The have been talking about being able to include internet, phone and TV in their rent as a perk. I can't wait for that and be able to save some money and get better service as the local providers are ripping you of. Again, I like it here and would only recommend to live in the area. Stefan"
