Ye Olde London
● Closed“I’ve walked past this pub for many years but had never visited until today. To be honest its name and proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral put me off, as I wrongly assumed that it was a tourist place. Really friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. A much bigger space downstairs although closed on a quiet January afternoon. Loved the huge wooden balustrades that dominate the street level bar area. A Greene King pub but I was happy to find Timothy Taylor Landlord on draught. Even a garden out back - a rarity in The City of London. A hidden gem in plain sight!”

Babylon Park London
● Closed“Took my two daughters, 5 and 7, and they had a great time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The token system, whilst a little confusing at first, is not rocket science and it’s convenient being cashless (note food and drink is purchasable with cash or card). The rollercoaster was great fun and the girls loved the soft-play. Seeing as you don’t have to pay to get in, I felt it was reasonably priced as you can pick and choose what you actually want to spend money on. I went for the £50 tokens package and it got us on everything we wanted to go on (rides and games), which for three people, I thought wasn’t bad. Would recommend. PS attached is the big ride token prices at the time of this review”

Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport
● Open“Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport. Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good.”

DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree

The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”

Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre hotel
● Open“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. The image below is the view from room 215 and the room itself.”

Hampton by Hilton London Croydon
● Open“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

London Backpackers Hostel
● Open“These guys are great. My friend stayed there and left a hat behind, one she really loved. I asked them to send it up to my house in Liverpool and they did, paid all the postage, said it was 'on the house'. It's these details that make a place. Great customer service is hard to find, I was impressed. I'll be recommending it highly to people for the efficiency and kindness with which the staff helped us out. Thanks again!”

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Excellent location, we stayed here for two nights for two shows. Great location for Wicked only a short tube away and Cinderella in Convent Garden was also a convenient tube away. Radisson Blu Edwardian Bond Street Hotel, London
● Open“Always feels like home when staying at Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire in Oxford Street, London. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and it is recommended to book deluxe room due its spacious size compared to similar category in London, rooms have reasonable amenities (i posted photo from Deluxe room no 618 overlooking Oxford Street). I usually book room based on Bed and Breakfast to enjoy the delicious fresh open buffet breakfast which you can also be ordered at the room. The hotel offer free WiFi and daily HK cleaning. You can request from the hotel to arrange airport transfers at very reasonable rates. Hotel is adjacent to Bond metro station which enables easy access to major tourists attractions as well as shopping areas (Disney shop is downstairs). Also, within the walking distance there are many shops and cafes nearby the hotel. Highly recommended.”

Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We visited London this summer 2022 and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The location of the hotel is not exactly in Central London, but there are bus stops and the Underground nearby (North Greenwich station), so traveling between this hotel and Central London is convenient and not too time-consuming, especially for the location of this hotel in Greenwich. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly towards guests. For breakfast, there were a variety of selections to choose from and the food was very delicious. Plus, the O2 Arena, along with other shopping stores and restaurants, was nearby so that was also very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who are visiting London for a few days and would like to save money by staying on the outside areas of Central London here in Zone 2/3.”
-
Premier Inn London Eltham hotel
● Open“Always a nice experience staying here; the reception staff were very polite, attentive and professional. Rooms were in clean condition and had everything you needed. There was the option to have breakfast which I didn’t opt in for; the paid Wi-Fi was brilliant as well, overall would recommend this hotel as you’re definitely getting value for money.”
-
ibis London Excel Docklands
● Open“Perfect but very pricey. Staff are amazing. Only one drawback in the wheelchair accessible room was that it's very difficult to enter the room as there's a big metal lip to try get over. I got a push which helped me in though. Thanks for a lovely stay guys.”
