Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport

"The rooms are big and spacious and plenty clean. There are definitely signs of wear and tear on the skirting boards and in some parts of the bathrooms. But for the price it was good. The staff were great, very friendly and did a great job of explaining everything at check in. The location is good as the crow flies - I travelled to T3 which meant getting a local bus. There is no free shuttle service here. Dinner at the hotel is pretty subpar and not worth the cost. There aren't many options around either so maybe plan ahead."

"Such great value for money, great staff, comfy beds and good food. The only downside is the TV is a bit outdated so there is only freeview channels, and no ability to screen mirror from your own device. Also, the room walls were quite thin so we could hear a few neighbors. Overall though, we slept well and it was brilliant experience. We would defiantly come back and would recommend."

"Very clean and nice place to stay to spend the night while on a long layover just 5-6 minutes' drive from the airport. Despite short distance to airport, unfortunately not walkable due to location being near the intersection of some major roads that were not very pedestrian friendly. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had two meals here (dinner and breakfast) and the food was very good."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was just an alcove off by the bed which was a bit weird, no privacy could be a problem for some. (The toilet had a door but the shower opened straight into the room.) Great location, easy to get all over the city using convenient public transport. The few members of staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful."

"The reception team at this hotel are amazing, from the time we arrived to departure, they were polite, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to commend them highly for being so amazing. The food was delicious piping hot and freshly made - flavours were incredible. Restaurant and bar staff were polite and attentive. Our room was cleaned to perfection - kudos to housekeeping, with everything we needed such as TV, tea/coffee making facilities, lovely spacious en-suite and a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we had 2 nights here due to flight changes, but would absolutely stay again next time we are flying from Heathrow"
