"Room very tired. Cracked handbasin, side panel of Bath hanging down. Poor service in the bar area.. We stay in Premier Inn quite regularly and its our usual go to. But we won't be staying in this particular one again, and for the price, very poor."

"Quite a small hotel but in very lovely area! I felt looked after, there was always someone at reception. Rooms are little older and would need refurbishment, but all was very tidy and on good cleanliness level!"

"Staff on front desk friendly helpful on check inn, room ok clean also close to train station! I added on breakfast to our stay it’s the beefeater the orchard next door, we walked in never had a premier inn breakfast before one lady serving, taking orders sitting people to table s she was quite rude however could see under pressure so we had a quick run through of how it works, continental on the menu said it had several different varieties of foods, spreads cereal etc… this was untrue! toasters didn’t work we was all waiting for the end one as that’s the only one that worked and took over 6mins, then the croissant (you can request them to be warmed up absolutely no chance) the chef was swearing and very loudly saying they will have to wait was very awkward! Tables were not clear & dirty!! Then The one lady serving was now taking photos with her friends by the Christmas tree??? It was embarrassing and other hotel guests felt the same! she had zero manners didn’t say please or thank you once! Never again! Breakfast was awful THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & MOST Disgusting breakfast ever! Do not waste your money go to the local cafe up the road! Overall experience breakfast @ The Orchard beefeater 0/10!"
