Kokoro Woking
“Food were good! A lot of selection and you can mix and match. Staff were so nice! Will come back for more ☺️”
Premier Inn Woking Town Centre hotel
“As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.”
Travelodge Woking Central
“Very close to the train station, town and other key places. Clean, has security at night who buzz you in which adds to the element of safety. Very friendly night manager who kindly gave me his own iPhone charger to borrow after I realised I didn’t bring mine.”
RHS Garden Wisley
“Beautiful place to spend a day. Not far off the M25 junction 9. Although it feels a million miles once you get in there. If you can go during the week it would be a lot quieter. They organise loads of activities it has changed so much since I was last there. Its a place that inspires and helps relax you.”
The Café at Christ Church - the cafe is inside the church
“The toasties are fantastic, the cakes are sweet, the staff are lovely, and they make delicious coffee. Usually I think there are comfy sofas but during these Covid times it's just standard tables and chairs but they're comfy enough. It's a lovely place to stop for a coffee and bite to eat if you're in the town centre. Oh, and if you like jacket potatoes, theirs are HUGE!”
The Crown Horsell
“Excellent pub with helpful and friendly staff, the drinks served will fix any thirst”
Beit Beirut
“We booked for 2 as the reviews showed fabulous food and staff. We chose 2 menus, one vegetarian and the plates just didn't stop coming. We couldn't believe how much food we were being served. We drank Lebanese wine and beer which were also excellent. While we still had plenty of food on the table, the friendly waitress brought more tasting plates and announced she would bring the main course in 15 minutes! We were amazed that there was more food to come. The restaurant is a real gem. The staff are genuinely warm and explained each dish as it was served. We loved the wine wall and the coloured lighting. Will definitely return to repeat the experience. We had to take away the baklava as we were simply too full. That was lovely too. Thank you.”
Nest Home & Cafe
“We were passing through heading to Guildford and stopped off here for refreshments. It was a lovely little find, a mixture of a cafe and a shop. Has indoor and outdoor seating, if you get bored you can rummage through the fantastic display of products on offer. I love places like this it provides something different and appeals to all tastes.”
Princess
“Fantastic pub. Always really welcoming, great beer and a great garden for when the sun is out. We will be back!”
Chicken & Pizza Express
“Food is always excellent....would highly recommend...Best chicken shop in woking”
The Anchor
“A really excellent meal. The stand out dishes were our starters - beef carpaccio which was excellent and an equally good trout in Thai green curry. So good in fact that I forgot to take photos and just ate them instead! Did remember to take pics of the main course though.”
Chobham Adventure Farm
“We had a great time with our 2 year old. Soft play inside great with varied areas suitable for littler ones and older (our little one liked to play in both). Great outdoor play including bouncy pillows, toddler climbing frame, older climbing frame (again loved both) and a sandpit. Then an animal barn to go and look at lots of different ones, the donkeys, pgymy goats and harvest mice were big hits, with option of petting zone at particular times. Great choice of hot/cold food and drink for kids and parents alike. Thoroughly recommend! They're hoping to add even larger seating area inside with softplay and a roleplaying village (we've been to roleplay centres before and toddler loved it) making it even more likely we'll come back on top of existing facilities.”
Hillside Farm Barn
“We were so delighted to find such an amazing place to stay in whilst we were getting ready to move to our new home. The attention to detail, the quality of the accommodation and the genuine care we felt from our host Nigel exceeded expectations. Honestly, if we could give it more stars we would. Highly recommend.”
The Rowbarge
“Just had a fabulous afternoon at the Rowbarge. Great food, great service. 5 stars from us.”
Oakdale Serviced Apartments
“Great apartment, very clean and close to the town center, restaurants, shops and train station. It had everything we needed and more. The communication with the host was really good, they were quick to reply and helpful. They made everything so easy, the check in, the check out. We even asked for an extra night and everything was easy to solve. We will choose them again if we need another apartment in Woking, for sure!”
Byfleet beds and furniture
“I chose a mattress and asked for the old one be removed. Within two hours I had my new mattress and the old one taken away. Fantastic ! Thank you so much.”
Maybury Lodge
“lovely compared to where we used to be placed edit: doesnt look like thoes pics at all trust warm and comfy i’ve had no damp issues or what not only thing is wifi kinda cuts out but not a big deal”
Addison House
“Neat and homely. Super attentive and friendly staff!”
The Marches
“I’ve lived at the Marches since it opened in May 2022, and think it’s a fantastic place to live in Woking - it’s pet friendly, right in the centre of town, the flats are high spec and spacious and there’s an on-site concierge and maintenance team who are always helpful. There’s some great co-working spaces with beautiful views on the top floor, and there’s regular events where it’s been lovely to meet other neighbours (E.g. free breakfast on a Tuesday, free drinks on a Friday, monthly meditation, pasta making, painting classes, etc). It is a new build, so of course there have been a few teething troubles - but overall I love living here and would recommend it to anyone”
