“Had a great tour around Fleet Street, really informative and Matt was brilliant in telling us great facts and showing me a different part of London, my favourite bit was the fountain in the barasters quarter, areas which were tiny pieces of quiet, peace and calmness. We booked as a group and our organiser has promised us a few new tours in the future! I'm up for the Black death one!!!”

As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...”

“I had my two guinea pigs stay there,just picked them up today. It's a lovely set up there. I was able to visit and look round prior to booking which is so reassuring. “I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home! One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell. In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.”

“I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“A few days before our holiday our cat had an accident and ended up with broken toes, I was so worried that Oakland's would not want to take her. Louise however was amazing and completely reassuring about looking after her, our cat probably received better care than being at home with us. The cat hotel is beautiful and very peaceful and after a stressful few days before our holiday we were able to go away with complete confidence that our little fur baby was being taken care off. Will always try to get her into Oakland's it's a lovely place.”

“This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

“Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for!
