"Always a nice experience staying here; the reception staff were very polite, attentive and professional. Rooms were in clean condition and had everything you needed. There was the option to have breakfast which I didn’t opt in for; the paid Wi-Fi was brilliant as well, overall would recommend this hotel as you’re definitely getting value for money."

"I would have given more stars . Staff , exceptional service given. Polite, helpful. Breakfast 10 out of 10. Room, cleanliness poor! Stains on carpet, wall by bed , worst of all dressing table chair. Having spent most of my career life caring for people as front line member of staff I feel can tell the difference between bodily fluids. In all fairness, the chair may have had a chocolate stain. Questionable! May I suggested the hotel get the chair professionally cleaned or reupholstered before the next customer!"

"nice staff but pretty bad service, the rooms always had a bad smell, they don't have showers, instead they have a bathtub, we booked the room with two beds, they gave us a double bed, there isn't much around the hotel you had to take the train to the center and the station was 10 min walk. the hotel has its own paid parking and it is quite expensive, and every time you go out you have to pay, I recommend parking around the hotel there is always a place to park for free"

"Good location for central London (abt half an hour drive). Check in could have been slightly easier with a bit more proactive help from staff but got there in the end. Noisy room ventilation system & (probably outside Premier Inn's control) a noisy guest upstairs seemingly pacing up and down room until the early hours then resuming first thing. Parking in the suburbs shld be free rather than the £10 overnight charge."
