Gateway Arvada Ridge Apartments

"I would actually rate the apartment, amenities, and property management 5 stars, but with the parking lot and tow company situation, I have to give it 3 stars. I had a lovely time living here for a year, but couldn’t deal with the parking lot anymore. You pay a monthly fee for the open lot and that should guarantee you a spot. However, more than a dozen times I would come home and not a single parking space was open. I would search for almost 45mins-1hr trying to find a spot and this included the street parking too. I would end up parking in a reserved spot to risk it or at the train station across the street. Paying a monthly fee should guarantee me a spot so I wasn’t sure what was happening. I reached out to the leasing office about it and they said they don’t manage the lot and if I’m not happy, pay $200/mo for the garage parking. Unacceptable. My other main complaint was Wyatt’s Towing. They are currently being sued for predatory towing and it’s justified! My friend purchased a guest permit for the night and when we came back in the morning, her car had been towed without reason. We had to pay $450 to get it out and the leasing office was of no help. So unless you want to spent an additional $200/mo to save your car and peace of mind so you can park, I wouldn’t live here."

"I’ve been here over two years now. Great community if you’re outgoing or prefer to keep to yourself. The staff consistently goes out of their way to help. Killer amenities and they are CLEAN!! The apartments have many floor plans. I included a photo of my favorite place to walk in the neighborhood."

"I love living here and that has a lot to do with the staff. Sure the apartments and amenities are beautiful but so are the staff. The office staff of Cori , Jessica and Jocelyn are always so helpful and pleasant. They treat you like family and go out of there way to satisfy. Maintenance is also top notch. Art, Jake and Jarod answer requests promptly and thoroughly. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do."

We never had to worry about any problems lingering for too long because they were always on top of it.
