"Update 9/2023- **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, RESOURCES** I would give zero stars if possible. I have lived at Maple Leaf over 3 years now and initiallyloved it. However it has gone from bad to terrible over the last couple years, especially the last 6 months or so. If you check all the good Google reviews were from years ago. The new owners/management company is corporate greed at its finest. They have removed not only the leasing office, but there is also no on-site maintenance. ZERO oversight of this property & it is very clear. Recently the meth lab being busted in building 15 which does not appear to have been addressed, with the peoples possesions laying in the parking lot for over a week. Building 7 has had a mass exodus, with myself being the 6th unit vacated in the matter of a couple months plus an eviction. The amount of rent they are charging is ridiculous considering there are ZERO amenities. Not even a leasing office let alone a clubhouse, pool, etc. The pool is for owners only. It should also be noted that building 7 has little soundproofing from top floor to bottom floor (apparently built last/in a hurry but side to side wall soundproofing better) so you will hear everything if you live on a lower unit. I literally lived for months with ear plugs due to noise from neighbors. Never experienced anything like it, and hope to ever again. These buildings are also very poorly designed. Not all units have garages like my unit, and my assigned parking spot is on the opposite side of the building. No view of my vehicle whatsoever. And most of the garages have no direct access to the unit. The area is beautiful and generally a great community feel. However Maple Leaf is just not what it used to be even from when I moved in 3 years ago. We do not feel taken care of or supported. With rent being a big bill, you would expect much better in terms of customer service to include maintenance of grounds. For the price, I almost guarantee you can find something far better & more enjoyable!"

"2021 review = 1 star It's amazing what a different experience we had only one year later. We can't say enough great things about both the former manager Savanah and the maintenance manager Brandon! After Savanah left, the apartment complex was without an official manager for 6 months. Meanwhile, Brandon became the face of the apartment. He has been always around, taking care of things, making sure that the residents had service from someone, if not the management. He seemed overworked and even when he had a scary health incident, he returned to work quickly. Both he and Savanah seemed to care a lot about the Maple Leaf community and have great people skills. Which is not what I can say about Karen, the new manager, who replaced Savanah in June 2021. In the few interactions we had with her, she came across as defensive and rude. She is unresponsive/elusive, and comes across as angry, uncaring, and dismissive, which is probably not the best set of attributes for a manager. We really liked the apartments and the community before the management change. Hopefully Peak Rentals (the parent company) will take note and make improvements soon. July 2020 review = 5 stars My husband and I recently moved to Colorado. We chose Maple Leaf Apartments and moved in site unseen. Our decision took into consideration all the positive reviews we read on line - and they were correct! Savanah, the property manager was amazing in helping us both before and upon arrival. She went above and beyond in taking photos of the apartment and answering our numerous questions. The apartments are fairly new and the area is quiet. We love being right on the greenway, where we can walk or bike all the way to the mountains. We are thankful for Savanah's help and we are glad we chose Maple Leaf."
