"For these apartments being older they are pretty great. The maintenance is always on top of my requests when something goes wrong. I really appreciate the teams communication and kindness. Clara is amazing whenever I have questions they make you really feel welcomed. It’s so quiet and cozy here."

"This place was affordable for the area, even if the size of the units is very small. However I get the sense that management feels entitled that residents fulfill their full lease terms and will treat departing residents poorly, even with certain stipulations in the lease allowing residents to break it with a fee. Upon moving out, the management treated me very rudely, and were not open in communication about various fees and other issues. When dealing with move-out fees, the management never contacted me electronically, and I was notified of a late move-out fee by phone weeks after it was supposedly initially requested. When I brought this lack of communication to their attention, they made up false reports that I had been emailed (I checked my inbox and found nothing). I had to go back to their office with a check in order to avoid further fees. They also claimed damage to the property on my insurance, and did not call to let me know if a concern. I only found out about the issue from my insurance agency. Very unprofessional and uncommunicative behavior from office staff. I do not recommend living here."

"Thanks for breakfast today!! Clara and Samantha y'all are rocking it! Another update 10 months living here- I've seen a great improvement with communication and maintenance! The maintenance team is out here daily changing the trash bags, picking up trash, and making repairs. I also see some improvements on the property and on the portal for residents. The landscaping team is here every week doing their thing as well. The pool was opened later than usual this summer and they kept it open a little past labor day for the residents to use and I appreciate that thoughtful consideration. Also the company that came out to repair our toilets did apologize for their miscommunication and gave us a gift card for our troubles. I'm here for accountability! I went from rating them a 1 star to 4 stars. Updated after living here for 6 months. Maintenance and communication, which are 2 very important factors in an apartment setting have proven to be terrible here. One shower ceiling has fallen and it was almost a month before it was repaired and I literally had to stay on top of it and ask several times for an update. I also had to push the fact that mold can grow and make sure they properly handled the situation. It took another month to get someone to figure out what was wrong with our 2 toilets, now both toilets haven't been properly maintained or checked in who knows how long and they apparently were just sitting on the ground. Plumbers have to come in here and tear up the concrete and other stuff. After re confirming they would be here at 1pm it's after 3pm and no one is here. I got to the office to ask and they still haven't heard from said plumber. What kind of professional doesn't reply. I have to constantly ask questions, call several times, and sometimes go to the office to make sure the work is getting done. Otherwise you're forgotten. There is no concern for any inconvenience that is caused by this. There is no one to clean up the messes that get left from damages and repairs. I don't trust them at this point to get the job done. Some people in the leasing office do not give you correct information, they don't communicate effectively and it's extremely frustrating when you need notice and plan to be out for nothing. I've been beyond patient and understanding. My lease is up in 6 months and now I have to prepare to MOVE again because I am frustrated with the unprofessionalism and lack of urgency in matter of importance. I can't even relax in peace in my home, even though I pay all my rent. I still agree Clara is kind. First review- I also agree Clara was wonderful to work with. Professional and kind. She had me ready to move in within days of reaching out. She was also quick with a response to a needed repair. I've only been here less than 2 weeks but it's looking like a good choice so far and for that I'm extremely grateful!"

"The property management here is absolutely wonderful!!! They make sure you're settling in just fine, have a wonderful little community, and are absolutely wonderful at communication. Maintenance was happy to help and very, very quick to fix any problems and address every concern."

"I moved here about a month ago and Star, the Manager, was one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with! She was alone that week and although busy, she still took time to do her job with grace and patience under tough circumstances. Great people skills and a professional person who really cares! I have usually gotten complacent and "just doing my job" attitudes in the past with maintenance people where I've lived. Today, however, was one of *the* best experiences I've had in many years with a maintenance staff!! The Main. Supervisor, Matt and the Tech, Ethan, came to do a repair. The attitude, professionalism, knowledge and care they brought with them was far and above the best I've seen in years!! They introduced themselves, SHOOK my hand - which in this day and age is unheard of, cared about being quick but efficient and CLEANED up when they were done! I can't say enough about the quality of the people here and the service they all provide. **Full disclosure- I know I always thought these reviews were "friends", but I can assure you that is not the case. I lived here before a few years ago and the management was not like it is now."
