The Ridge at Mountain View Apartments

"I lived a nightmare living in that place for 6 months, it was the longest I could stay there because I couldn't leave before! I even heard my neighbor snoring, the walls don't have any insulation, and they won't do anything for you! While I was living there I saw 3 neighbors moving out and breaking their contract early because they weren't able to stay until the end! It's unbearable! They charge you a lot of mysterious fees and in the end they don't refund your deposited guarantee amount, according to them this amount is used to clean the house after you move in, that was $300! And when I asked, they said they charged cheaper cleaning because the house was really clean! Don't go there, I hope to save someone from going through the same thing as me, I'm using my time to do this review and I hope it saves someone!"

"For the love of God and Jesus Christ, please do not live at the Ridge at Mountain View Apartments. The walls are paper thin so you will constantly hear babies crying and dogs barking. Plus, they don't enforce people picking up dog poop, so watch your steps. Lastly, if you do decide to movie in, make sure the fire Marshall inspects your unit & systems"

"Do not move here. The rent is too high and the apartments are sub par. I paid $2200 for a two bedroom that was first built 40 years ago and has not been updated since. Parts of the sub floor were sagging, the deck was unusable, and the bathroom had peeling paint over the tile and black mold that has never addressed. Also, the pool was being repaired for all of the summer and unusable. The worst part is that after moving out they tried to illegally charge me for normal wear and tear to the apartment for more than the security deposit. After politely reminding them of the law, Kathy adjusted the cleaning fees and said she would return part of the security deposit - which she never did."

"I’m living a Nightmare. The apartment has no noise insulation at all, you can hear every step of your neighborhood. Don’t move here, it’s not worth it. You can hear noise from the apartment up above or down below. They used very cheap material to build this thing, you’ll hear even the flush wen your neighbor uses the bathroom. Extremely disappointed. Even after many complaints about the noise they won’t do anything to solve the problem."

"Kathy is the Community Manager here that makes a difference! Ask for her if you have any questions about being a future resident. She is friendly, informative and has a tremendous outlook for explaining the property as a whole along with its wonderful amenities. My Fiancée and I have met with her twice now, and I had a fabulous interaction with Michelle by phone as well. We can't wait to become future residents ourselves based on our time there already. This appears to be a diamond in the rough property with five star service! One of the best places to move in Arvada area!"
