"When I toured the units, the leasing agent assured me that the unit I wanted was remodeled like the one I viewed. When asked why the unit was cheaper, they said it’s because it’s on the top floor. Fast forward to a week before my move-in date, the property manager sent me the lease with the wrong monthly amount THREE times until it was fixed. This delayed my move-in and left me with just TWO days to move. When I got my keys on Oct 31st and got into the unit, it was apparent that it was not remodeled. Kitchen drawers falling apart, dishwasher not mounted to the counter, doors painted shut, uneven flooring, and much more. I had no choice but to accept the unit because I knew I wouldn’t be able to find another apartment in 2 days. I believe they delayed my lease paperwork to strong-arm me into an undesirable unit. 95% of my emails have gone unanswered regarding maintenance, where to drop off rent checks, or when inquiring about a possible noise complaint. Out of curiosity, I have asked neighbors what their experience has been and confirmed that I am not the only one feeling this way. What I find most disrespectful is that if rent is “late,” you will be harassed by text on the 2nd of the month and have come home to a DEMAND LETTER posted to my door. Ironic how the property manager has time to sign/post letters demanding payment but doesn’t answer emails or calls. This person is doing the bare minimum and sitting pretty collecting their wages. I’m not here to write a novel even though I have more I could write here but to warn you. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. The price of the units is not worth the headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company."

"Love it here!!! Me and my family have been really bummed out for the past few months before we moved in becase we had cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere in every apartment. But then we found this apartment complex and man when I tell you how nice it was here?? It was renovated everything works perfectly and we live close to the mountains so any day we can just go out and see some wild animals!! I am so glad we were blessed for this apartment and we are so grateful everyone is friendly here to so I recommend you to move in here!"

"Me and my family are very grateful for a nice apartment complex. They have a back area so your kids can play and for you to walk your dog. Then there isn't no problems really here at all!!"

"My daughter-in-law moved in here. Run, do not walk away from this complex. Do the apartments "look" nice, yes. With that said, there is absolutely NO management presence, no way to get in touch with management - just a message that their mailbox is full. There is no email address. Almost impossible to get your keys on your move-in date. Maintenance is non-existent. The lock on the door to the building was broken for more than a month with anyone being able to enter without a key. I could go on...Wish there was a way to leave less than one star."

"The worst experience I've had. Signed lease a month prior to arriving. Upon 30 minutes away from getting to the complex, I received a call stating there was a leak in the apartment. At arrival no one could tell me what the issue was (they have yet to know what happened/what caused the leak). They "resolved" the leak by turning the water off to the kitchen dishwasher. On top of that, the door jam was obviously kicked in and put back together with finishing nails. I am a small woman and could have easily broken in. Management was notified and after going back and forth the issue wasn't resolved until another 3.5 weeks. Dishwasher broken and leaks in bathroom were issues we had the day we arrived. Dishwasher was arcing and had wires haphazardly held together by electrical tape. Issues with locks to the building itself were constant; doors to main building do not lock and anyone is able to get access to the building. Laundry is extremely unreliable (4 washers and 4 dryers). Machines either take your quarters or are constantly down for service. Management is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Getting any kind of service/maintenance issue took an unreasonable amount of time. Ended up breaking my lease after 4 months. Do not live here. Wheelhouse/Boutique apartments needs to be held accountable by the BBB."
