"We just moved here from another state. So far I do like it. The location is good, for the price and cheaper deposit a person can not complain to much. You get what you pay for. I will say this, mesa has just went thru new management. In which the head maintenance man is the new appartment managers father. I have personally witnessed the maintenance man verbally threaten my neighbors with a 3 day eviction because he got angry. The lady that showed me my appartment got fired a week after I moved in for stealing. It seems to be more "strict" with security making rounds two or three times a night. I havent been here long but me and all my neighbors are good friends and talk daily. I was served a 10 day notice over a stray dog my wife saved on kipling, the dog wasnt even at our appartment for an hour. The maintenance man cussed my wife and turned us in because she had the dog outside waiting for animal control to get there. As it should be. They even did a halloween contest for 300$ off rent. That was pretty cool. They are doing one for christmas as well and if you refer someone you know and they move in its half off rent. Overall it's pretty decent. I wouldnt say flawless and amazing but decent. Oh I forgot to mention I've had 2 people get physically knocked out in to my door. This was 2 days after I moved in. I've been here 3 months, all this has happened in that time."

"Never missed a rent check or bounced any, yet they are hiking up rent $200, two blocks from I-70 three blocks from a railway, Crack heads everywhere and they think $1200 for a one bedroom is appropriate! Do not move here. Everyone of my vehicles has been broken into, all of my license plates have been stolen as well as many of my neighbors. This is not a safe place to live and rent is way higher than it should be."

"I recommend not renting here. For the last three months our rent was not posted as it was when we first moved in and was told by the office manager that is how is rent is done. No portal to pay you have to pay directly to the office. When I called asking when will rent be posted I was rudely told by the office manager Jennifer that they will be no longer doing this. They will only post what you owe for is gas. It took the property almost 48 hours to remove the snow the last time it snowed. There is no up keep for the property regarding dead trees, broken fence, the enormous amount of pot holes, broken glass in the parking lot, used syringes, etc. The cops are here on a nightly bases. The amount of illegal drug use by most renters. People will use your personal items such as bbq grill, patio chairs. Everyone is either related or “friends” with someone living here. And if you do decide to rent here do not and I mean not get a unit in building F, the elevator does not work and will not be fixed. According to the office it’s “permanently out of service”."

"Mine and my roommates lived at Mesa Verde for 2years. We had a very good experience there. Management and maintenance was always responsive in a timely manner. Some of the neighbors seemed a little rough and some do not take care of their entrance ways or Apts. But overall was quiet no drama or police. Thank you for being a good safe place to live."

"We recently moved in and I wanted to say we have been treated really well by the office staff. The move in with the office went very smooth and easy. The office staff was extremely kind and efficient. In addition, the maintenance crew rocks. They actually want to help and do a wonderful job. We are very happy here."
