"If I could give this place -6 stars I WOULD! This place is rancid, I have lived here for 7+ years & constantly have issues, & todays incident has sent me over the edge! I have been having issues with my fridge for a while now & when maintenance shows up to give me a “new fridge” it is FILTHY! INSIDE & OUT & ALSO SMELLS OF ROTTEN FOOD. The inside is covered in dog hair, human hair, food & EVEN BUGS!! If you think I am joking, i’m not. No human ever should live like this. When I went to go speak with the manager KATIE, she got in her car & left. We have emailed her & her response was “I can get someone to fix it later tomorrow” AS THERE ARE BUGS IN MY FRIDGE!! This place does NOT care about health care violations, & the property manager Katie is horrible at her job, as we have caught her in MANY lies. I have spoken to the health care department about this, now my food has gone bad & I have nothing to drink. THANKS KATIE!!"

"I lived here about 10 years ago and I am still frustrated by how I was treated here by Julie. Where do I start.. I lived here for 1 year and 11 months in 2 separate units. Our lease was not renewed because of bogus noise complaints. I thought our lease would be for an additional month because it was a year lease. I guess the 2nd lease expired in 11 months which was a shock. We had assumed that we had 1 week and 1 month to find a new apartment. SURPISE! Somehow that lease was an 11 month lease. I had asked her if we could pay higher rent so we could have time to move. NOPE! That is when I found out that we only had 3 days to find somewhere where to move. So kept in constant contact with her and we found somewhere else to go. It took us an additional day. She posted an eviction notice on the door that 4th day. We were finishing up cleaning that day and she said that we didn't need to worry about the eviction notice since we had vacated the appartment. I scheduled a walk through with her. With the help of my husband's mother and 4 sisters we had the apartment cleaner than the day we moved in. We even had the carpets professionally cleaned. The only thing wrong was a bathroom door knob that we had replaced and it was newer than the 50 year old one they had. So, I came back to the apartment on our scheduled time, and guess what!!! That crafty wench wasn't there! They told me that she was at court! HMMM? odd time for her to schedule a walk through! I instantly got a bad feeling and knew exactly what she was at court for! I flew down to Jefferson county so fast! By the time I got there they had already called my case! The one she said I didn't have to go to! I asked what could be done but, nothing could! They already ruled in HER favor. Because of it being a civil case I was pretty much screwed! She lied about so much stuff! The bill I received from them was horrendous! 2300$ I mean wow! Now, I have this eviction that follows me everywhere! So, not only did she scam us out of a full 12 month lease based on bogus complaints, she deliberately set up the walk through on the day and time of the eviction hearing. Assuring that I would definitely not be at court! I actually fell for it! The stuff that she listed on my bill were just as shady! Stating that they paid for professional cleaning services blah blah blah! After I left it LOOKED like it was professionally cleaned. It was in better shape than it was before I moved in! They listed too many erroneous charges to recall. Julie Corruso is a SCAM ARTIST steer clear! These apartments aren't even that nice!"

"I still have nightmares about this place... Just expect the landlord to walk by your apartment and snoop into the Windows everyday. And be prepared for a huge bill for all the stuff that they are responsible for when you move. I'm talking like a grand bill, from 10 dollar light bulbs, to 50 dollar misc, to all your carpet being redone Even though its only a year old with no stains. make sure to contest because they wont be able to find where at least a couple hundred dollars went... ... ... Also if you smoke cigerattes, you can't. But you can watch her smoke from the balcony of the office building. Super classy!. So glad I don't have to deal with that horrible woman anymore and can write this review without worrying what horrible plot she will come up with to ruin your life!. I'm serious."

"I absolute love living here! My neighbors in my building are very respectful and nice. The manager Julie is amazing and is top of everything as soon as it needs to get done. I love that there is a pool that for the most part is vacant so lots of alone pool time! The only thing that would make these apartments better would be to have 3 bedrooms. Because then I could stay!!"

"Where do I start. If you have any other options to live, don't move here! I lived here for 12 months, and my lease was not renewed because of the complaints the woman below me had made. I have 2 little girls that love to play, run and overall be energetic little girls and the woman below (whom has 3 girls of her own), made it her mission to be as nasty as she could and make our lives living H*LL! The office manager-Julie Coroso, who was nice on our lease signing day turned into a nasty, bitter old bitty about my 2 & 4 yr old girls and commented how my children were unruly and very misbehaved. The woman downstairs and the manager Julie Coroso then attempted to get my family evicted due to noise complaints from the downstairs bitty. My husband and I abided by all of the rules, noise restricted times and got along with every single other neighbor in the 6 units of our stair well. We looked up police reports for our unit number and found that the woman downstairs complained about every person living above her for 2 years (on the previous 2 tenants whom did not get their lease renewed due to noise complaints-same as happened to us). The woman downstairs called the police 8 times in 8 weeks and finally the police told her that she chose to live on the first floor and that it's an apartment complex and with having upstairs neighbors she was going to have noise and to stop calling and wasting their time over non sense! Also, I took my 2 little girls to the pool 2 different times and witnessed a pedophile standing in his sliding glass doorway, butt naked masturbating (his apartment looks directly over the pool) to the little girls playing and swimming. I notified Julie on both occasions and she claimed she would take care of it and at our move out date, still nothing had been done! Since moving out, Julie has gone crazy on charging us for every thing from a $10.00 light bulb to resurfacing the bath tub! Also she racked up the excel bill to close to $600.00 before changing it back to the apartment complexes name! IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION DON'T MOVE HERE!!!"
